Yummymummys first weight loss diary! getting slim for my little boy....

Last few days have been ok-ish, I need to go shopping though so have been sacrifcing a lot of my 1/3 superfrees each meal which I know isnt good but it cant be helped..

B: Litre of water, Muller yoghurt
Snack: Quavers (4.5syns)
Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna and a squirt of salad cream (3-4 syns?)
D: Will be something quick e.g ham and cheese toastie (hea and heb) Apple
Snack: 2 more litres of water, coffee, Squares (5 syns) bad I know..

What a crappy day of food! x
 
Been really off my food this week I dont know why.. I just dont feel like eating, I dont feel sick or anything just having a funny turn! We are going out tonight for our date night, my mum is coming to have baby and we are going to pics together :) nice to get away for a bit! Might google how many calories popcorn has in it before I go! x

Today:
B: Alpen light bar, watermelon
L: Will be teriyaki chicken with salad and fat free dressing
D: Beef mince enchilada with cheese (hea and heb)
Snack: Popcorn tonight (will check syns before I go)
 
Omg! 1800 calories for a reg/large sweet popcorn!!!!!! No chance! x Will take some quavers and a curly wurly instead, at 10.5 syns! x
 
Had a skinny Latte at the cinema yesterday and thats all so very proud of myself.. We didnt end up having the enchildadas and ended up going to Nandos instead, I had chicken with skin removed, spicy rice and corn on the cob :) No more than 15 syns for the marinades and oils etc so Im safe x

We are going to a BBQ today so going to stick to chicken/veg and salad and potatoes if there are any, if not will have minimal food and then eat at home when we get back :/ x
 
Had chicken kebabs, salad, lamb kebab, steak and stawberries at the BBQ, had one vodka cocktail at around 8 syns I would say (with mixers etc) and a handful of pretzel snacks so not TOO bad...
Weigh in tonight not expecting much off but hoping for my 1 and a half stone award I need to lose two pounds to get it :) xx
 
-1lb, was very expected.. especially after such a big loss last week! Onwards and upwards for this week, more water, less crappy food and COUNT ALL OF MY SYNS! x
 
Day 1 of my 'Perfect' week!

Breakfast: Creamy mushrooms on (1) toast (Part heb) made with soft low fat plain cheese (hea)
Lunch: Ham Salad open sandwich (other half heb) with low fatdressing (2 syns) apple
Snack: Forest fruits (cherries, cranberrys and blackberrys) with muller yoghurt poured on
Tea: Chicken and oriental bean stir fry with soy sauce

Snack: Quavers 4.5 syns

3 litres of water

Total: 6.5 syns

Day two:

Breakfast: Creamy mushrooms on one toast (hea and part heb)
Lunch: Ham salad open sandwich (AGAIN) with low fat dressing (2 syns) I know this is the same as yesterday but I enjoyed them so much Ive got a craving again haha
Snack: Banana, Apple
Tea: WW chilli beef and wedges (cant be bothered cooking!) with mixed veg (9.5 syns!) Can you believe that?!

Syns for the day: ​11.5

L: Ham and mushroom omelette, mixed berries
T: Homemade cottage pie made with turkey mince (couldnt find lean) 4 syns, made with smash, carrots, peas, gravy granules (2 syns) onions and grated cheese on top (hea)
Snack: Options hot choc (2 syns)

Total for day: 8

Just measured myself and I've lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my arms and half an inch off my hips in last 11 days!!!!!

Day 4:

No breakfast as I had a lie in until 11am!! (god bless my OH)

Snack: starbucks skinny latte (hea) and one wafer biscuit (1 syn)
T: Bacon, fried egg, beans, a sausage, mushrooms and SW chips feast! Tiny bit of brown sauce (6 syns)
Supper: 3/4 punnet of cherries

Total for day 7 syns

Day five of perfect week (Plan for tomorrow 10th June)

B: Pieces of toast (heb), Apple, coffee (part hea)
L: Small pinch of cheese on jacket pot (rest of hea) banana
T: Jerk chicken WW ready meal 5 syns (peppers/onion/pineapple/carrot)

Snack: Crisps and Alpen light bar: 7.5

We are going to Alton Towers on Monday and Im a bit worried about what Im going to do food wise.. Ive decided to take things instead if buying there as not only will it be healthier but also cheaper! We are setting off at 8.00am so I can have breakfast at home but will need to take Lunch, snacks and maybe Tea..

Day 6 of perfect week (plan for 11th June)

Breakfast: Chopped banana with muller yoghurt, Coffee (part hea)
Lunch: Take Ham salad sandwich with low fat dressing (heb) +2 syns
Quavers (4.5 syns) Buy Skinny latte there (part hea)
Tea: Take homemade spicy tomato and onion pasta

Snack when home: banana and options hot choc (2 syns)

Syns for day: 8.5

3 litres of water
