Yummymummys first weight loss diary! getting slim for my little boy....

Im finding it easier if I plan far ahead to follow the plan 100 percent then Im not tempted to cheat or not count syns..

Day 7 of perfect week: Weigh in day.. Tea when I come home usually after wi.. (plan for tuesday 12th June)

B: Alpen light bars x2, banana
L:pasta n sauce, Quavers (4.5 syns)
Apple
T: Jacket potato with beans, cheese (hea) and salad

3 litres of water

Syns for day: 4.5

AND hopefully a good couple of pounds off for being good alllll week!

I tend to be better when I plan too, have fun at Alton Towers and Im sure you'll have a fab loss!
 
For goodness sake! Went to Alton towers today and we only forgot the chiller bag with out food in! I did manage well without it though, this is the new revised food diary for 11th June...

B: Muller yog and banana
L: Grilled gammon steak with pineapple, jacket potato and salad (2/3 syns for minimal oil used on grill?)
T: Ham sandwich (heb) with low fat dressing (2 syns) Few spoonfuls of tomato, onion and chilli pasta, pineapple, orange and blueberry snack pot for desert

Snacks: Coffee, Diet coke

Syns for day no more than 5..

Walked for seven hours straight and got high on adrenaline and nerves, surely that must burn off a good few calories!!!!

Im being naughty today and having flexi day.. Im going for a meal with friends and im sick of having steak, jacket potato and salad when eating out.. I want something naughty! Not had a chip in two months!!!!!!!!

So: Breakfast: Banana, grapes and a muller yog
3.00pm ish: A big fat chicken burger and chips meal from sizzler pub (25 syns) MMMMMMMM!
Will snack on superfree if hungry during rest of day/night..

EDIT! The burger showed me how my body isnt used to crap food anymore! After half the burger and a few chips I got indigestion.. ended up leaving the other half of the bread too! I also refused dessert! x

Lunch: Will be leftover balsamic chicken drum with baby pots and roasted vegetables (butternut squash, peppers, red onion) (4 syns for oil used (not made by myself so unsure) litre of water

T: Chicken fried rice with peas, onions, peppers, broccoli, green beans and egg

Litre of water, coffee with milk (hea)

L: Low fat chilli supernoodles, fruit salad
D:
Chicken, pepper and onion enchiladas, (6.5 syns per enchilada, so 13 syns for 2) (No cheese on mine)

Snacks: Coffee, water, Apple

Day 5 of 30 day shred

L: Ryvita x3 (heb) with ham and pickle (2 syns) Kiwi

T: Sausage x2 (8 syns) with mash and veg

2 more litres of water, coffee (hea)

Also walking round shopping centre with pram tonight! x
