Yes the book seems good, only about 30 pages in though.
My head is definatly what makes me eat, it has this great ability to remember how great food tastes and the texture of food and the feeling of chewing . Then it makes me want to do it. Tbh, it doesnt matter if I eat or not, I'm always hungry, think my full up switch is broken xxx

My day good, everything cancelled but did nice dog walk and then some satisfying cleaning!!! Like you another day under my belt!! Day 21 tomorrow - feels like an achievement!

Got up at 7, went down to get painkiller, ended up ironing my sons bloody clothes and making him Tea and toast, cos he running late. Things us mums do!!!
Just gone back to bed, bit late now though!
But hey, it's Sunday, no work yay!!!

Yeah kids, mine is 24 and I'm still suckered in, tbh, I have always loved being a mum, don't get me wrong, I'm not a mumsy flowery dress type, but from the moment I had them I thought, my life is complete x

Another year left to do!!! I have a path and pharm essay and pd2 which is reflection on the year then I have exam 1st June!!! X
