You need to move yourself up the importance ladder - its hard & I think lots of us here probably put ourselves last but it's not good - you need to look after yourself & then you are more able to look after the rest!!

Trouble is I'm always doing stuff for my family and put myself last. So end up forgetting shakes as too busy sorting everyone else out!

Apart from my headache I'm actualy starting to feel pretty good, I have hunger in my belly but my head doesn't seem to react to it, that's good. Usually I'm not hungry and my head says, go on, have some bread, have a crisp, just eat tonight and start again tomorrow! But this time my tummy is roaring and my head is saying **** off, you ain't getting anything so shut up! xxx
Long weekend, yay x

Zest for Life said:Sounds like good old family time, I so miss my boys hoping in bed with me, used to love winter mornings huddled up in bed. Now they are 21 almost, and 24, those days are long gone.
Have a lovely day xxx

Sorry to hear the headache is still there - mine was definitely dehydration and often now wake up with a headache through not drinking enough in the evening - I try to avoid too much so I'm not up needing to pee all night!!
Sounds like you are doing really well - I feel the same - its easy on CD to say to myself - I am not hungry so this hunger is down to something else whereas when food is involved all I know is that I'm hungry!!! - or not but just need food.
notlongnow said:Thought this was a reply to me - mine are 15 & my immediate thought was god I hope not!!!!!! But when mine are in their 20s I will be getting broody for little ones again!
Zest for Life said:Yes the book seems good, only about 30 pages in though.
My head is definatly what makes me eat, it has this great ability to remember how great food tastes and the texture of food and the feeling of chewing . Then it makes me want to do it. Tbh, it doesnt matter if I eat or not, I'm always hungry, think my full up switch is broken xxx
