Well its WI tonight, i know i wont have lost the 2lbs i wanted to, but hey ho...theres always next week. I mean, whats the rush...i dont go on hol till 23rd July :character00238:
Still waiting for my 30day shred...bloody Amazon!!!

Anyway heres yesterdays diary..

DAY 6 - TUESDAY 12TH APRIL - EE

Breakfast
2 x Weetabix with chopped banana

Lunch
Spaghetti Carbonara. Bowl of Strawberries

Dinner
Fish Fillet (steamed), mash, cauliflower, mushy peas and 1/2 sachet of colmans parsley sauce

Snacks
Apple
1/2 Galaxy Ripple

Drinks
2 Litres Water
1 x Tea

HEA: 350ml Skimmed Milk
HEB: 2 x Weetabix

SYNS: 1/2 Galaxy Ripple 4.5
Extra Milk 2?
Parsley Sauce 1.5

Homemade Local Speciality-Chicken Parmesan, Jacket Potato, Grated Carrot & Beetroot with Salad Cream (1tbsp)

Snacks

Galaxy Ripple (after WI)

2 x Tea

HEA x 2: 175ml Skimmed Milk, 21g Low Low Cheese (Omelette), 42g Low Low Cheese for Chicken Parmesan
HEB x 2: 1 Alpen Light Bar, 1 Slice Wholemeal Bread, Chicken Breast

SYNS: Salad Cream 2
Galaxy Ripple 9 (after WI-will put on next weeks)

EXERCISE: Bike to Work and back (1 hour) plus arm weights

Tell me about that chicken parmasan again :) Sounds delish!

Well the Pizza Shop Parmesan is flattened chicken in breadcrumbs deep fried, smothered with gorgeous bechamel sauce and topped with mounds of cheddaercheese...unbelieveably good...probs about 50syns though :eek:

My SW alternative is flattened chicken breast baked in oven approx 30mins, then coat in egg and dip in breadcrumbs (wholemeal bread grated HEB) and bake again for another 15mins till breadcrumbs are crispy.
For the topping i mix a few dollops of quark with half the Low Low Cheese (21g) and smother a layer on top of the chicken. Finally topping with the rest of the Low Low Cheese and grill for 5-10mins.

Ooooo, im drooling thinking bout it!

Yeah, i suppose i have been really good this week...syn wise. Oh well, just hope it pays off tonight :innocent0001:

Well, had a bloody nightmare this morning!! I was up nice and early and thought id be efficient and prepare tonights dinner of SW kebabs (bearing in mind ive been looking forward to them aaaallllll week!!). Wanted to let it marinate all day then cook it when i got in tonight. So mixed up all my herbs, got the lean lamb mince out and shot it the microwave to defrost...Only, i didnt turn it to defrost, i absolutely frazzled it to bits on 850WATTS!!!! Guttered to say the least...so looks like egg, chips n beans tonight :-(

Im off to the pics with the OH, so taking Alpen Light Bar and Ryvita Minis as my snacks :) God, im golden!!!:angel09: Need to save my syns for tomorrow night :7834: Ohhhh yes!!!

DAY 2 - FRIDAY 15TH APRIL - GREEN DAY

2 quorn sausages, mash & beans. Few frozen summer fruits from Iceland...but they were yuck, so binned them!

I know, I know...I'm a nightmare for it. Like this morning...I stood on the scales 7 times before I was happy! I need to get OH to hide them from me again!

Just off out into town tomorrow, ain't had a drink for few weeks...so I've got some making up to do :D

Just got back from pics...n bn a very good girl. OH stuffed his face with nachos, peanut M&M's and wine gums...I sat happily with a bag of Ryvita minis and a fibre plus bar :D

...and i treat myself last night to a huuuge Chicken Chow Mein, got it was demolished within 3 minutes! Very very nice indeed!
Out tonight with the girlies , cant bloody wait...oh n no work for 4 days, get in!!! Really guna take it easy tonight, sick of making a tit of myself falling over n stuff :ambulance:
I know its only 12lbs, but im so proud of myself, never thought i could eat so much and had the odd treat and still lose weight!
