Well after my poor performance the last few days, i am well and truly back on track :) according to my scales i put 2.5lbs on whilst in Manchester, but this morning i am back to what i was on Weds Morning, yippeeeeee!
Anyway here is the weekends diary...

Made a quiche last night...using Cheese & Broc pasta n sauce, Smash (as the base), Bacon (HEB), Onion, Spring onion, 4 eggs & Low Fat Cottage Cheese...topped with Kerry Low Low Cheese :eating:

Just turned down some double chocolate birthday cake, go me :party0049:

DAY 6 - TUESDAY 5TH APRIL - GREEN DAY

2 x Weetabix with chopped banana & a slice of homemade quiche.

Quiche followed by a bowl of strawbs & grapes

Quiche for brekkie, lunch & tea - lol :D That's just like me ... once I've made one I'm not happy til it's ALL gone!

Can't get my head around using a Pasta 'n' Sauce to make a quiche ... do you leave it to cool down before adding the eggs and putting it in the oven?

Was it nice??

Haha, Oooo it was absolutely delish! My mum had her eye on it last night, so hope ive got some to go home to!
Wish i'd have taken a pic now, coz it looked so professional...not bad for a beginner :happy036:

Yeh i make the pasta & sauce first n let it cool, then just add it to the egg & cottage cheese mixture. It is a bit time consuming, but definitely worth it!

Hmmm, not sure :confused: Feeling good but you never know what mood those scales are in ;)

Twice a month I can feel my body going through ovulation and period, even though I have a coil fitted and haven't had a period for 18 months! During both of these weeks I retain some weight and feel bloated so never can tell :(

Reckon I'll have at least 1lb off though :cross: which will take me under a BIG milestone!!

Grrr! Women's problems!

I know in our heads we understand that the time of month affects our weight loss but it's bloody demoralising when it happens!

Yes ... I made the SW Kebab one Saturday night and it was well worth the effort! Hubby loved it! I served it in a pitta with shredded cabbage, salad and home made garlic mayo ... nom nom nom!
 
Tell me about it...im craving chocolate so much. 1/2 a ripple just isnt satisfying my needs anymore!

Was having a winge about my flabby belly last night to my OH...to which he replied 'its gorgeous, loose, i love your curves'.

LOOSE!? LOOSE!?...any word but fecking loose, cheers love!! Bless him, he does say the wrong things sometime without thinking!!

So ive decided i need to tighten up my 'loose' belly and just purchased the 30 day shred, after hearing everyone on hear raving about it!

Wooo, cant wait for it to arrive :character00115:

Aww thanks Ali, hope so! Not feeling too confident tho....scales are showing the same as last weds morning :sigh:

I took all my measurements this morning, ready for my 30day shred DVD arriving :character00116: Ive heard a few people have put weight on, but lost inches...so im really wanting to get to target before i can properly crack on with it!
