Well my potato & leek soup was devine...my mums even requested it for our starter on Christmas day, hehe!
God, I'm getting good at this cooking lark!!

Feeling in really good spirits at the minute...so focused and so determined to lose these pesky last few pounds! OH sat n scoffed a full bag of wine gums last night...I didn't even bat an eyelid :-D
I'm actually excited for WI on weds, seems so far away tho xx

Yeh sure...

1 onion
3 leeks
6oz potatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 pints of chicken stock

Chop the onion n leeks and put in a large pan with the crushed garlic and 1 pint of the chicken stock. Bring to the boil, then put lid on and boil for another 5-10mins. Then take lid off and simmer for 20-30mins.
Then peel and dice the potatoes and add to pan along with the other pint of stock. Simmer for 20 mins, then transfer to a builder and blitz!
Finished another bowl off today for lunch...with my HEB bread n a little lurpak, mmmm :)
OH is getting a pizza shop takeaway tonight...but as far as I'm aware, I'm resisting! Heating my homemade chilli up as we speak xx

Monday 13th June - Not sure what day i had, it was a green day but then i ended up finishing OH steak off, tut tut! So ive synned it...is that the right thing to do??

Breakfast
Muller Yoghurt with chopped banana & strawbs. 1/2 Grapefruit.

Lunch
Huuuuuge bowl of spag carbonara. Spaghetti, 85g/3 rashers bacon (HEB), 100g Ex Light Philly (HEB), veg stock, mushrooms & garlic.

Dinner
2x Fried Eggs, SW chips & Beans...then OH steak(prime meat, no fat).

Snacks
Strawberries, Raspberries & Blueberries

Think im guna bite the bullet and get weighed tonight...hence me having homemade soup for lunch today...and not a huuge bowlful of carbs!!
Been trying to drink some herbal teas too. My new fave is peppermint, recommended by Ali for my bloated belly :D
Hayfever is annoying me at the moment...constant itch, sneeze, itch itch sneeze :cry:

Ha ha ... I always keep away from carbs before WI! Some people poo poo it but my belly knows!

Peppermint tea still isn't my fave but it works, doesn't it?

Hay Fever? Me too!! Especially late in the evening! Aaaarghhhh!

I stayed the same :( bit disappointed...but not guna let it dishearten me!
Starting at the weekend, im guna work my ass off, full on exercise regime for 5 weeks!
