Have to share this...

I put Amalie up in her bedroom after her swim in the vain attempt she'd have a sleep, she had her milk in a beaker & after a while it went quiet then I heard a really bizarre noise.

When I went upstairs she had turned over her etch-a-sketch & filled all the little compartments up with milk from her beaker & was sucking up the milk from each container using a kazoo as a straw!!

OMG I fell about laughing... I do wonder what goes thru her head sometimes!!

So another good day today...

Had a wobble this afternoon, not foodwise, but felt my blood sugars lower which is a good thing but they've not been that low for a while which is why I had the wobble!

Scales are moving in the right direction... should be a big one this week!!

Well I have spent my morning shifting furniture in Amalie's room, she has her big window & a little quirky small on one side of her room & even with a blackout blind there it still lets in loads of light & she's been waking at 0600 for weeks now... so I have moved her wardrobe infront of the window so that it blocks out all the light (its a reall shame but needs must!) so I am hoping that this might help her with sleeping longer if her room stays dark... if it doesn't work I shall invest in one of these. I've just had a lovely fresh lunch... am struggling to eat today so the K fairy must have arrived, so to get my calories in a big chunk of mozzarella, sundried tomatoes (need to get the carbs in too) & some of our newly grown basil in the conservatory drizzled with EVO... am completely stuffed now but it brought me a taste of summer on a grey & drizzly day! I've already had 4.5 litres of water too.... bring on the weight loss!!!!

Ahh but what will you do about getting up for the wii that early!!! Lol. Thoe time trainer thingys look really good. Im luck and dont have that problem with Oliver. Hes a strange child and only comes out of his room when one of us goes and lets him out. Pmsl.

Lucky you Cheryl! She's been a great sleeper until the clocks changed & then its completely thrown her!

I'm struggling with the wii & my achilles, if I do sessions on it my ankle kills for the rest of the day... I've given it a rest for 2 days & its been fine! Think I may have to do non-weight bearing exercising which is a bummer as I love the wii... or maybe do it alternate days instead??

Have you been on a day off today? Hows the food going? Have you shifted yr curry lb yet? xx

Yes hun curry lb shifted thanks! I think the k fairy might be coming as ive got a horrible headache tonight. Missed lunch as was interviewing so didnt get to stop so im hoping its not that. What if you brought a proper support for it? That might help relieve the pain.
The clocks changing did confuse oliver slightly as he would look outside and say the moons not here it so its not bed time. He soon got it!
