I hope so. I was ok last week though. mind i suppose it takes your body a while to settle down. Have just picked mum up from airport and she said i looked slim!!! she is going to give it a go too!!!

Morning everyone...

I feel like I've come home. It was so good to be back on track yesterday & it was an easy first day! Am expecting it to get a bit tougher with the cravings & headaches making an appearence but I don't care its SO good to be back doing what I know & love... plus after 1 day I'm already showing a fab loss on the scales!

Hope yr all well... grey & overcast this morning, good opportunity to sort thru some clothes today!!
