Tuesday 11th May

B- 50g bran flakes with semi skimmed milk. 1 banana.

L- baked salmon, salad & boiled pot. Im going to have the tiny bit of goats cheese left from yesterday with my lunch tonight just to get it out of my face! :giggle:

*lf black cherry yog

D- exante bar & satsuma

*1litre water
*3 black coffees with sweetener

eh looking good Tanya :) I had similar tonight. Love salmon - could eat it every day!!! Yet this time 2 yrs ago I hated it....

Yes, your breakfast is different now.

Oh, I saw another recipe you may like.

wholegrain bread, and one egg beaten, dip bread (eggy bread as I call it), dry fry or use the fry lite and then when cooked you can have some honey, or maple syrup!!! YUM YUM YUM :)
 
Oh iris! That is one of my favourite breakfasts! I try not to have it though as i can litterally eat a million slices of the stuff!!! :giggle:

But, you are more controlled now, plus you could have probably 2 slices. I could only have one as following the diet very strictly ;)

We are watching something on Film 4..think it is the original Italian Job!!!! I know, fed up watching politicts, and I do like politics but it is just all speculation and talk now and I cant be bothered......
 
Hahhaha!!! I can't stand politics!!!

I'm avoiding bread right now but I think eggy bread might be on cards ;)

No food this am after work! And i'm off to bed in a minute so beauty! :)

I have joined myfitnesspal and am going to start counting my calories just so i feel like ive got some sort of 'control' over this. That says i should be on around 1300 a day to lose 1lb a week. Will suss it all out later. I can update it via my phone aswell which is ideal :)

Blurgh. What a rubbish sleep. I've woken up with a banging headache and full of the sniffles :( I wanted to take a walk later down to sainsburys as i need some pittas for the weekend (im making a chicken, apricot and chickpea tagine!!) but its raining :mad:

Oh, and my brothers gf has borrowed my wii fit game and board so enless she brings it back tonight i cant weigh myself tomorrow :sigh:

I just don't think wednesdays are my day! :cool: :rotflmao:

myfitnesspal reccomends 1380 cals a day for me who does no exercise, my weight, height to lose 1lb a week.

Wednesday 12th May

B- bran flakes and s.s milk (157cals)
Banana (90cals)

L- Tomato & basil chicken roll. (basically bashed out chicken breast, spread with tomato puree and sprinkled with basil, rolled up, held with cocktail sticks and baked in the oven) with brown rice & cauliflower.
(chicken 250cals, rice 111cals, cauliflower 23cals, tom puree 12cals)

S- LF Yog (98cals)
25g almonds (153cals)
2 slices deli turkey breast (44cals)

D- satsuma (25cals)
exante bar (209cals)

*1 litre water
*3 black coffees with sweetner

Im surprised at how little the calories ive had today. myfitnesspal says i should be on 1380, so im quite a bit under. But i dont want to have anything more :sigh:

Maybe i can introduce some nuts or something that will up the calories and also, aint they good for ya? x
 
Yes a few nuts are really good and a good source of protein, which gets the metabolism going.

I cant find out how many calories are in like 5-10 almonds and i dont have the packet anymore grr
 
Ah just looked myself too thanks Mary.

25g 153cals (i looked on supermarket comparison site) so i am having a few of these now. So many for 25g too! :D
