I used to have sandwiches, crisps & biscuits & chocolate for brekkie before!!! lol
Tuesday 11th May
B- 50g bran flakes with semi skimmed milk. 1 banana.
L- baked salmon, salad & boiled pot. Im going to have the tiny bit of goats cheese left from yesterday with my lunch tonight just to get it out of my face! :giggle:

*3 black coffees with sweetener
