That looks like your best bet Tanya, just get the weekend over and done with and make a fresh start for Monday.

17lb is very achievable in your time scale, you can do it chick.
 
Thanks Mary. Its like 1.8lbs a week. I will do it! I have to! Want to be back to the weight when i finished tfr in nov for my sky dive! :D
 
I am going to follow the Rosemary Conley book after the holidays - once I have got my bum around to order it lol.
 
I was thinking of that too but im not sure how i'd work it cuz i dont each much more than fruit or a cereal bar when im at work during the night!
 
Maybe Iris will have some ideas on what you could take to work, like I say, I haven't ordered it yet. Might do it tonight when I am home.

Sooooooooooooooo nervous about tomorrow! Got family coming to the party that i havnt seen for years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dad is going to love it its just all the tension before hand of getting him there, then shouting surprise ... aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :giggle:
 
Tanya, have a great weekend and enjoy the party. Get back on track then for Monday and you will lose the weight in no time. You are sooo right about the water. I find any day that I am not having enough water leaves me too liable to snack or feel peckish. I try and have two litres every day.
 
It's very stressful just before a surprise party - I organised one for Mum & dad's ruby wedding .... OMG - 24 years ago :O!!!

I'm sure it'll all go brilliantly. By Monday you'll be WANTING to get back on track and you'll motor that 17lbs off no bother!

Have a great weekend and enjoy all the compliments you're bound to get from the people who haven't seen you for ages!!!
 
Ahh i cant wait - i duno if this is a little selfish but im hoping they recognise that ive lost a lot of weight! The last time they saw me i was near on 20st! :eek: even though the night is for my daddy!!!

I hope the surprise party goes really good for your Dad, I bet he will be chuffed to bits.

Hoping they recognise you have lost a lot of weight...........well if they dont recognise that Tanya, they will have a white stick with them. You go girl and strutt that stuff.

Let me know Tanya if you need any help; I dont think it matters what you eat in some ways, so long as you stick to the 1200 cals on Wk 1 and 2 and dont go over 5% fat in 100% then you are ok....In fact, just cutting down on calories will help you and it is achievable 1.8lb a week, although it will be strict,,no doubts about it and no point pretending it wont be tough,,,,,BUT YOU DID TFR so anything is possible!!! :)..

Sorry not been around the past few days..I have been so busy at work..been peeping on and that is about it! I have been so busy at night and so tired that I just havent had the energy to talk really..think I am just doing far too much Tanya and I am knackered!

I HOPE and KNOW they will see a difference in you....they couldnt not recognise, UNLESS they are jelous and dont want to say! Remember, that happened to me with my two best friends...well, one of them, didnt even say anything until the other one said something!! But if it is family and they are older, then they should..if cousins, dont be surprised if they dont say anythign...BUT, I THINK THEY WILL!!!!! And enjoy, lap it up and give yourself a big pat on the back you look amazing!

Hey Ladies!!!!
OMG!!!!!!!!!!! The party was a blast!!! Dad was absolutly shocked! He even stepped back from the door as he didn't have a clue what the hell was going on when everyone shouted surprise! :giggle:

The family ofcourse complimented me! I LOVED the dress i was wearing! Lets say it clinged in the right places! hahaha

My dad had a lovely time. He couldnt believe that so many people had come andfamily members who he hadnt seen in years had made the effort to come down for him.

My bf's parents even came along. Our parents have never met in the 6 years we've been together and so that was lovely too!! :)

So food wise yesterday wasnt too bad. I didnt have any of the buffet at the party as before i realised it was out (it was all bought out fresh with hot wedges and hot mini pasties) it was all gone! lol Quite glad really! hahaha

Today has been the worst for food. All the family came round before going back to brizzle and so there was meats, bread, salad, crisps, chocolate, potatoes, dips etc.

Obv, plenty of mr smirnoff last night. Im sure some so co and a few shots passed my lips too! :giggle:

So all in all a bloody lovely weekend! :)

I did Jan yeah :) Dad still can't believe it today that me and mum managed to organise all that without him getting a wind of anything!! We are sneaks! :rotflmao:
