Got home from work and did C25K week 5 day 2.
2x 8 minute runs!!!!! *chufty* :giggle:
Thought i'd do it this morning as its set to be heavy rain showers all day today and when i got home from work it was just a light drizzle
Off to bed now but after my run i munched 2 slices of sliced beef (the sandwich pack stuff) and a pint of water.
Menu for today:
Thursday 22nd July
B- all bran & s.s milk.
L- apple, banana with lf yog over the top. 1 wholegrain crackerbread with peanut butter.
D- baked turkey breast, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 3 tbsp of mixture of sweetcorn & chickpeas. sweet chilli sauce. (taking to work)
*raspberries
*500ml water
*2 black coffee & sweetener
