Last night I was shattered. I was drinking my wine and falling to sleep!! I had 2/3rds then crashed on the sofa before 10, stevie bought down my quilt and pillow then at 1am I woke up trodded off to bed and stayed there untill 11 this morning!!!!

Back to running tuesday also - quite looking forward to it might sit and plan it out as with 3weeks off i'm guna have to start small again I think
Sunday 10th July
B- 2slices wm toast, 1with butter 1 with peanut butter
*handful of doritos
*3chunks of dairymilk caramel
*2squares of dairy milk
*2 'bad boy peanut butter squares' (these are made with special k, coconut, golden syrup, sugar, peanut butter & covered in melted chocolate .. i hate to think of the cals!!!)
L- roast: 2roast pots, spoon of mash, spoon of cauliflower cheese, mixed veg, 1yorkshire, 1/2 chicken leg, gravy.
*scoop of clotted cream & honeycomb ice cream for afters
*4chips that mum cooked for dad
*Tonight = gin & d.lemonades
