Yep, they're the ones Jan!!! :drool:
Got on the scales again this morning expecting to see yet another gain but was surprised .... i've dropped 1lb. How I do not know, i've only had 4.5hours sleep and picked yesterday but atleast I am under the 13st mark again now, even if it is by 1/4lb!
Friday 26th August
B- mrb
L/D- Tuna sandwich: had 1tin of tuna mixed with elf mayo some in 2bits of wm bread the rest on the side of the plate with a bit of mixed salad my dad made (lettuce, tom, cucumber, spring onion, carrot, cheese) and 6walkers crisps.
*maple& walnut cupcake
*1/2 slice corned beef to take tablet with
*1/2 grab bag wotsits
*1.5bottles wine
(mum got me and vicki some goodies - crisps, cheddars & galaxy - for tonight but don't worry the only thing I have eaten is the cupcake we bought)
****** very naughty edit - had 6 pick n mix sweeties!!!
