It was so weird Mary. I'd put it on my plate knowing I had to eat it then have 2 or 3 mouthfulls and not want any more. I just couldnt stomach it.

Today is better though I have managed 2bits of toast and a hobnob biccie!

I don't want to be baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack its not good!! :( :cry: lol xxx

Doubt it T. I drank lots of juice & slush puppies probably laden with pointless calories but who knows, i'm bracing myself for atleast 10lbs - although like after Lanzarote I don't feel bigger, clothes still fitting nice etc.

Were not going for a meal on saturday now so I will weigh myself sunday morning.

My ankle is alot better. There is still a tiny twinge in it so I want to go back to the docs at some point next week. I am going to start on the bridge to 10k programme again though tuesday :)
 
Will start documenting food again from tomorrow seeing as im back at 'work' (specialing!) Got a 10hour shift tomorrow & friday :)

Today has been alot better. I have my appetite back but still have the sicky feeling in my stomach after eating.
 
Hope your sicky feeling goes. Just looked at your holiday pics- how brown are you?!!!!

Shame you're not feeling quite right yet. When we were away my hubby couldn't eat a thing for the first week, his stomach felt awful and just couldn't keep anything down. He was gutted he couldn't eat cos he loves the food over there so much. He put on 3lbs in 2 weeks while we were away and he was over the moon with that!

Hope the ankle's still improving and take it easy on it, you don't want to make it any worse.

Defo got the appetite back and no more sicky feeling. But I didn't have breakfast untill 2.5 hours after getting up - I need to stop that. Breakfast is important.

Thursday 8th August

B- mrb

*apple, grape & pineapple snack pot

L- 2 slices wm bread, polony, honey BBQ sauce.
Pear, banana

D- ww tom&mozzrella sauce, carrots, peas, green beans, sweetcorn, kidney beans. Couscous

*2 chunks of fudge

*1 glass of rose

Edit: not having a good evening. Shift didnt cheer me up, all i want is a galaxy bar, its been raining and cold here all day :( Stevie has let me down for our date weekend meaning i could have worked but now have nothing to do. Its time to retreat to my bed with a glass of rose :sigh: x

Another 10hour shift today.

Friday 9th September

B- bitesize shredded wheat & s.s milk

L- wm pitta, ham, leaves, honey bbq sauce. pear. French fries.

D- baked chicken breast, slice deli ham, 2 slices polony, mixed leaves, sweetcorn, 2tbsp coleslaw, tbsp elf salad cream

*5chocolate eclairs (toffee ones) oops!

*bottle rose (and its my fave, blossom hill white zinfandel! mmmmm :drool:)

Food looks brill today hun :) Sorry to hear you had a bit of a pants day yesterday. Hope today is much better for you x
 
Im skipping the bacon & cheese with dinner as im going to have a bottle of wine instead! ;)

I'm going to have a lovely evening on my own watching glee & drinking wine! hahaa hopefully that might whack a smile on my face!

Oh forgot.... I had to run today whilst working and I didn't even think of my ankle but that was probably due to adrenaline... And of course it wasn't anything like the distance I'll do tue but thought id mention it. Just trying out positions with it now & it does seem alot better. I think I'm going to give it one week then if no good I'll pay another visit to the doc! X
 
Glad you had a better day :) And well done on the run. Your doing the right thing by not pushing yourself too hard although I know how frustrating it is! Definitely go and see the dr if it is still playing up. Did you ever get an ankle support?
 
Ive got one yeah but I dont like it. Doesnt feel like its doing anything and reading up about achilles tendonitis it seems like it doesnt do much anyways. Its when my feet/ankles are cold is when it hurts the most.

I'm going back to the bridge to 10k programme. Feel like im taking a step backwards but i've got to suck it up and get on with it. If I want to carry on running this is where I need to be right now. The first week is 4x 10min runs with 1min intervals of walking in between.

I feel dreadful knowing that i've ran a half marathon but I wouldnt have got there without this programme so it obviously did something right. B210k is 6weeks long and my race is in 8weeks. The 10k is my priority and I desperatly want under 1hr10 so keep your :fingerscrossed: for me ladies that my ankle is better!! :p

I really am bugging off now for glee & wine. Night :) xxx

Good job I'm not counting cals. I reckon the weight gain on Sunday is guna come from being back home. I've eaten more in 2days than in 1 week :eek:
