I think the 10k will be hit and miss. Judging by the 'bad' and good runs i've been having lately it litterally will come down to the day! I am dead excited for it though! :)

Posted my plan above. Pretty much the same for the next 3 days, nice and easy, nothing to really think about excepting heating up what I cook this evening. I am adding a 1/3rd of a tub of light philli to it to make it a bit creamy and not so tomatoey! hope it works otherwise the meal plan will have to change! lol :p

Food looks fab Tan. How long left now?!

Plan looks fab :) I'll be interested to hear how the philli works out! xx

Oh forgot to mention got my totm again today :( it's 2 weeks and 3days untill the 10k!!

The philli worked out ok! I made sure I took it off the heat for a couple of mins first before mixing it through but it did make a nice change from the usual tomatoe sauce! It was the garlic & chive philli too :)

Ooo that sounds lovely - must have a go at that, all my sauces are tomato based so that'd make a nice change xx

MAJOR DILEMMA!!!!!!
My dad has ripped up the bathroom floor! It's now just floorboards. I have no little squares to match the scales up to so theyre in the exact same spot tomorrow! and no idea how the floorboards are going to affect the scales!!!

I know you ladies will understand my feeling about this!! LOL
I will still weigh tomorrow, I think I can pretty much judge where abouts the scales will have to go the only thing is the groves in the floor boards might make it a little uneven ... any ideas on this one girls?

Todays run was good. I picked up my mum from work, took her part way to the dentist then ran home leaving her with the car. The route was 3.5 miles and took me 39:07 pace of 11:08p/mile :)

Thursday 20th October

Oh Nooooooo!! Of course we understand!!! You'll just have to take it on the chin tomorrow and until there's new flooring down!! :( I don't think there's much else you can do unless there's a floor elsewhere you can use? Kitchen? - That's where I have to go as it's the only uncarpeted area!
Best of luck for wi anyway! xx

Oh yeah and great run :) xx

In a I want to eat everything in site mood this evening! :( I've had 6chips (that were fried left over from my dads tea). I've yet to have my yogurt but I know it's not gunna cut it!

Good idea Jan. I'll stick to the bathroom and if it's a ridiculous number ill head to the kitchen & keep :fingerscrossed: no one walks in on me! lol

Tbh I feel exactly the same as I did when I last weighed in. You know when you just feel 'thinner'?! I have tallied up cals for my first 10days of counting and the last 10days of these last two weeks & I'm near enough the same (couple hundred under these last 10days) so I'm hoping for atleast a sts :fingerscrossed:

Well fingers crossed for you and I hope you're pleasantly surprised! :) .... totally understand the mood though  xx

2squares of galaxy

Total cals for the day 1,344 (without the chips)

Happy to report a 0.75lb loss :) Happy with that considering the massive 6lb gain I had after last weigh in two weeks ago on the monday morning after the heavy weekend! :p
Going to bake a chocolate cake today so I will have some of that later  been itching for cake all week!

Run was FAB! Had a few stops but I had a great pace time. I thought it was a 5miler and got excited when I got back thinking i'd done another PB but worked out the route and I was 0.06 of a mile short!!! dammit! LOL

Run was 4.94 miles in 55:17 pace of 11:11p/mile which would get my 10k in 1:09:32 :D

Oooo I could sooo eat that whole cake! I really don't know how you do it - especially when you're feeling a little bit 'munchy' ;)

Still a flippin' good time on the run Tan. never mind it was a bit shorter than you first thought!! You're still doing fantastic! Has the knee been behaving itself lately? xx

Yes (touch wood) the knee & ankle have been fine. Still get the odd discomfort when getting back up after bending down in my knee but I think I'm always going to have that. But on the runs and after its been grand :) xx

Oh great I AM pleased for you :D:D xx

Ah thanks hun :) x

Yesterday was a bit naughty - didn't have my bar & fruit in work instead I had another bag of crisps & 3 squares of cadburys. No more, back to square meals today.

And yesssssssssssssssssssssss mum made cottage pie!!   Don't ask me to work out the cals  I guess the worst thing in it is the butter she puts in the mash on top. The rest is lean beef & lotsa veg. And talking of butter, i'm having the full fat variety today on my toast mmm

Night out tonight! Can't wait. Its all us lot that used to hang around together in school, from primary up. Theres always one person missing (usually me! lol) and tonight is no different! but we'll let her off considering she's about ready to drop a baby! :p
