Well done on the loss Tanya and your run times. Really sounds as though you're loving your running again and going to get the time you want for the 10K easy!
 
its great to see youve taken to running and still enjoying it, have you thought about upping it to a marathon one day?

im back to running after a 10 month break and its hell, its like starting all over again and i wouldnt recommend it but ive missed it sooooo much! its like a drug only a healthy one lol

Saturday night was brilliant :) Had 3 cocktail sausages & a handful of crisps at my friends before going out, along with my wine. Then over the course of the night had probably near on another bottle of wine & two cocktails.

Had a shift yesterday. was working with Traffic so felt a little out of my comfort zone but the guy I was working with was lovely and knew his stuff. Didn't get any points signed off (I need 6 from traffic) and so he said anytime I want to go back just ask his seargent and he's more than happy to take me out again :)

Food yesterday wasnt too good .....

Sunday 23rd October

B- 3 fish fingers, 1 slice of white bread & ketchup (sarnie)
6 chicken dippers

*pick n mix

L/D- chicken breast, butter beans, carrots, red pepper, ww roasted garlic sauce, light philli
cous cous
packet of scampi fries

*slice of chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream & just under 1/2 a bottle of red wine when I got home

Today isn't much better either ... Stevie wanted to go out for breakfast (I couldnt resist! :p)

Monday 24th October

B- 1 sausage, 1 bacon, 1 fried egg, 1 hash brown, 1 onion ring, mushrooms & beans. 1 slice of white bread. Hp sauce & some salad cream 600

A marathon - I like the thought of doing one but I don't like the thought of training for one!!! :p

How come you've taken 10months off?xx

Sometimes it's good to be pushed out or our comfort zones (not sure why exactly ;)) but it sounds like you quite enjoyed in the end - and it's gotta be done :) xx
 
Yup, the breakfast was yum :D :D :D

I've calculated it at 600 cals as i've looked online at the harvester breakfast and theres is 560 without mushrooms so least ive got some calorie counting done today! lol
 
:doh: 1/2 a crunchie & a packet of s&v skips!

Back to buisness tomorrow :D I hate how I feel after a couple of 'slack' days but yet I always do it to myself and always after a weigh in!! Maybe I should move to weighing in every 4weeks?! :giggle: (ha, not a chance, don't think I could wait that long! lol)
 
Todays run was rubbish. Everything that could have went wrong did!! Woke up not feeling great, headphones were annoying, my stopwatch on my watch didnt start properly, my knee hurt & I had to stop and losen my trainers ... But it was still 4 miles in the legs in a time of 45:39.

Doubtful i'll go to work tonight - I seem to be getting worse. Think i've finally caught the man flu thats been going around my house! Havn't done a meal plan yet, basically cuz I cba right now :p

Tan hope you feel better soon chick- definitely something going around. I've been using that first defence stuff and its quite good- well until I get ill lol!
 
I'm here, still poorly :(
Didn't go to work last night and I wont go again tonight. I've been laid on the sofa all day watching The Hills from series one & now i'm addicted! lol
Mum has made cottage pie, fairy cakes & a chocolate cake today - but I have resisted all except a moutfull of chocolate cake! The house smelt so yum all day - v.cosy :) Oh and dad put a bloody nail through a water pipe so mum had to go next door for me and get me some more water! :rolleyes:

Food hasnt been too bad. Lunch was picky and it was what I ate over the course on an hour but i've just had my dinner & guna settle down and watch more Hills.
Still havnt done a food plan for this week though...

The Hills is an American Series - a few years old now though. Its like the show 'The Only Way Is Essex' thats on here at the moment. Have you heard of/seen that?

I agree with sticking around here helps us 100%! :D
 
Oh God ... spare me from TOWIE!!! I think it's appaling - mind you I only watched 1 episode very early on, but from the trailers i've seen I'm not sure it's improved. I think I'll give The Halls a miss then ;) xx

The City was the one after with Whitney and Lauren moving somewhere (forgotton where!)
