I have heard about the activity points you can earn but not sure how to do it. Not really sure I want to. I struggle to eat what I do now in the week without feeling like im going ott!
 
Would be worth finding out though, just for the odd occassion when you do fancy something that you otherwise wouldn't have.
 
Done did. Hopefully someone can help me out :) It would make sense. I cant really be bothered to work out my cals for yesterday but im sure 850cals burnt took a considerable amount of what i ate!
 
Intrigue got the better of me - im guesstimating food yesterday tallied to around 1800/1900 ... so would put me on only around 1000cals for the day after the burnt cals.
 
Probably not enough is it? mary's theory is starting to sound more than reasonable ....
 
Yep, nowhere near enough. I should atleast be on 1200 minimum i reckon, possibly even a little more. Hopefully someone replys soon to my activity points query. If not i might think of adding something extra on days i run like a meal replacement bar or something similar.
 
Keep us posted, I know how the activity points worked on the old Discover plan but I'm clueless on this one. The paperwork didn't make any mention if it, just some walking schedule......hardly akin to your half-marathon training! I reckon you've earned that dairy milk:D

I am baking peanut m&m brownies using Jamie plovers 30min meal recipe. Brownies is one thing that for some reason I can never ever get right!!!!

If they do turn out right I intend to indulge, deuces to the scales!!!!! :p

God what a scary thought. Think it would need to be akin to the luxury versions on WW database, ie like M&S or Sainburys Taste The Difference NOT the weight watchers ones roflmao ... Bye bye slushies !

Feck it, eat them all tonight so you can write off Saturday and start fresh 2moro without them beckoning you (and in time for ur pub lunch) lol
