Lol I'm guns look a brownie up in a min to point it - I have cut them into small portions!

Really didn't enjoy my pizza :( gave 1/4 away, didn't eat the crusts and the dough balls weren't all that either :sigh: xx

Edit: ok so 100g mini thorntons brownies are 12pp mine weigh about 22gms each & I had 3 :eek: so pointed them at 9pp :)

Less than 6hours sleep, very very tiny movement toilet wise yesterday and 1/2lb up this morning :mad: I am seriously hacked off.

Off for a meal today for my little brothers birthday, a day early and were off to the harvester so that will probably be another million lbs heavier on the scales tomorrow!!! Thinking of maybe changing my weigh in day to a friday again as if im not drinking im eating more on a weekend which is silly for a monday weigh in. I think i would have probably done better if i was still drinking a bottle or 2 of wine each weekend!!!

Edit: So i popped to the 24hour tesco garage near me to get some pure orange juice (might help my situation) & picked up some alpen light bars (Jan these are 3 for 2 at the min if ya didnt already know) and they contain 4.7g fibre per bar and are only 2points!

Sunday 30th January

*4 mile run (41m13.1secs - beaten last time by 2mins 47secs!!! :D)
- 1/2 powerade 2pp

B1 - (up early so had to have something) Alpen light summer fruits bar 2pp
250ml pure orange juice 2pp

B2- muesli & s.s milk 6pp

*banana after run 0pp

L/D - fish & chips (harvester) 18pp
sweetcorn & coleslaw from the salad bar 3pp
honey & mustard dressing 1pp
3sundae spoons of icecream (the whole sundae is only 7pp) so i'll point 2pp

*2 meringue nests 2pp
*1 ww yog 1pp
*1/2 tin drained mandarins 0pp
*packet real mccoys 5pp

Total = 29pp
SF = 15pp used today 43pp used 6pp left

Thrilled with my running pace today!!! 10mins 42secs per mile!!!!!!!! Over the moon!!

Last time I ran around burrator i did it in 44mins this time 41mins 13secs. My dad ran alongside me today I also paced myself with people in front. There were 2 women running and from the start i knew i wanted to over take them, which i did then i kept pace with another lady runner never letting her out of my sights. Seemed to work pretty well.

Re your weight - I really think you need to speak to a trainer or something! All that running is gonna affect your intake/burning and I suspect u need to be really high protein and carbs! Don't think stnd pro points is appropriate. I know u worked out u earned/burned 850 cals from last run but it's bound to make a diff what kind of food! Marathon runners overload on carbs b4 a run... Must be really frustrating for you and there's bound to be a simple solution..
 
Am just not sure though - I can defo see on the days i run i really do need to up my food intake a bit more just so i am defo over the 1200 calorie mark i think thats vital. Its a scary thought though, all this time thinking yep exercise + good food = losing weight and here I am putting it on or staying the flippin same :mad:
 
But hey lets not forget ur looking and feeling slimmer so it's also bound to be that muscle weighing heavier than fat thing....
 
LOL I am defo getting more shape to me thats for sure. I just wish the weight would drop.

Its going to be trial and error but i will get there. All my holiday clothes from 1.5years ago still fit so it cant be thaaaaaaaaaaat bad although i would like to drop atleast a stone before my first holiday in june.
 
I been a googling. Basically there is an 18% density difference in muscle/fat so although also a pound of muscle is same weight as a pound of fat, it takes up less space; hence slimmer and new shaped you!

Overall you have to try ignore STS on scales for the moment I think and guage by mirror/clothes/measuring tape! And I still think you need to spk to an expert about which foods to eat and when...

Just a small one chick I buy them in a pack of 8.

I can't afford to speak to a professional :( but I will defo take my measurements tomorrow I forgot to do that this week.

Hmm mine are teeny too.....but only come in a pack of 6......must have look and see if I can find some other ones :)

The Asda ones ae deffo - I got tesco ones this time and haven't pointed them assuming they'd be the same - I'd better do that! ... I DID know about the cereal bars but thanks Tan ;) ..... I think Vanessa makes good points. Most cetainly don't be beating yourself up whatever those pesky scales say! Not till you've got this sorted!! You're doing soooo well :) xx
 
Sod it sunday?! :giggle: no not quite! lol That meal was huuuuuuuuge!!! Had a bit of coleslaw & sweetcorn from the salad bar along with 1/2 ladle of honey & mustard dressing. Didnt eat all my meal but did manage a couple mouthfulls of icecream afters. Just about to update points think i'll overestimate rather than under! I was tempted to have a glass of rose with my meal today but resisted! :eek:

Thought you might have known already Jan but mentioned it anyways as I know you have them :) Have to say they were pretty nice!

Told ya so! Seriously Tan, run with someone a bit quicker than you and you will improve no end.....is there a running club or hash house harriers near you? Even one session a week would benefit you......you are doing brilliant!
 
I can't Sandra, funds are limited and I couldn't justify paying money just to run with others.

It was a superb feeling over taking someone though :p
 
Hash house harriers is free! I used to run with them here and in Bermuda ...... I've belonged to a couple of clubs and only ever paid to enter races not just for training runs. Find out some more, you never know?
 
I am baking peanut m&m brownies using Jamie plovers 30min meal recipe. Brownies is one thing that for some reason I can never ever get right!!!!

If they do turn out right I intend to indulge, deuces to the scales!!!!! :p

I was half watching Jamie 30 minute meals today as I was knitting, the meals did look fab.

Well done on the run Tanya, great that you beat your previous time and well done on the over-taking.

Great idea to join a free running club, where you only pay for prices. Have a google of it chick.

:doh: I have just woken from a 6 hour nap! :eek: Thats my sleep for tonight well and truely messed up.

Considering staying up now untill about midday and then going back for a couple more hours before training tomorrow evening.

Not going to weigh myself, i still havnt been :( You can really see it in my belly. Not actually "it" but you know what i mean! LOL

Going to weigh in on friday from now on. Kinda makes more sense really especially if im not drinking on weekends i do tend to eat more. Sorry if you guys think im being chicken about the whole thing :eek:

I really want to lose atleast 1st before my 1st holiday which is 21weeks away!
