Do you mean stay up all night???

I think weighing in on a Friday is best, if you go a bit nuts over the weekend you still have 5 days to rein it in ;)
 
That makes sense ... why would we ever think you're being a chicken??!! You should be able to do a stone in that time - you'll be great!!

6 hour nap?? I don't know whether to say great for having a good sleep or oh dear for buggering up your pattern - but you must have needed it! Hope you feel better for it anyway xxx

I hate napping Jan. My bf woke me up after 1hour for DOI woke up came upstairs to watch it and fell straight back to sleep.

Im going to try not to go mad on weekends just cuz wi is a friday. This weekend i'm actually having wine!!!!!!!!! :D YAY!!!!! lol

I think im going to give pro points untill next friday -11th feb (although me and the bf are out for a meal on the 10th :giggle:) see whats going on and if im not happy i might consider counting calories. (think i might do it along with pp untill then too just to see how much im eating etc)

Thats what i thought mary. I figured ww dont design plans around people running considerable amounts 3/4 times a week do they lol

I have no idea! Hopefully fall asleep again but cant see that happening so catching up on the sky+ it is :giggle:

Although I could have murdered him last weekend- I stayed over in my parents house and he went on a night out with his mates. Then he rolled in at ten past 6 in the morning singing Thin Lizzy Dancing in the Moonlight at the top of his lungs!!! I was tucked up in my old bed with my son who I prefer to try keep asleep till after 9am on the weekends!!!

Just incase you guys are interested i posted a topic on a runners forum training for 1/2 mara whilst wanting to lose weight?!!! - Runners Forum about losing weight whilst training for a 1/2 and response seems good. Someone is even following slimming world whilst training and says i shouldnt really need to change my habits if im looking to do it in a reasonable time.

Making me want to stick with pp a little more now but think i still might keep eye to the calories too for a little while.
 
Looks reassuring ... trouble is you need patience for all this .. a quality not many of us here are blessed with :eek: xx
 
Patience with losing weight! :mad: LT has well and truely spoilt me and now all i want to lose is 20lbs it seems like the hardest thing in the world. If i wasnt training i'd be back on tfr no questions!
 
Very interesting, some mixed outcomes there.
Why dont you try stopping your little chocolate treats/bars/crisps etc, and swapping them for fruit snacks instead, or even a boiled egg, or a slice of ham. More protein gives your metabolism a boost. Try it for a week to see how you go.
