Tanya, glad you have managed to catch up with your sleep.

Sounds like a great week planned, and what better way to start it off than lunch out and an amazing desert - I have gained 2lb just looking at it.

I think i gained 2lbs looking at it too, so hate to think what eating almost half of it has done!! :eek: lol

The bf ate the majority, just! :p

I'm still not sure whether to count cals or pp's or what. I havnt done any since last monday but now my appetite is back im still unsure :sigh:

Tbh Tan, I find mfp easier for me cos I like to factor my exercise in and I'm not happy with the free fruit and veg on ww.....
 
So here I am, another mfp sheep!
Just having a browse and updated my profile etc and looked at the exercise thingy ma bob and for the 7miler i done in 77m33secs its telling me i burnt 947calories ............ thats ridiculous!!! Surely not?!!!!! :eek:
 
I would say that's about right......I can burn 700 calories anhour just walking uphill on the treadmill.....only skiing burns more than running I think:D
 
Holy smokes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no way on days where i do my long runs im going to eat all that ive burnt off aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand then the 1200 im meant to eat!!!
 
Which is why the weight should start dropping off you when you are running that regularly!
 
Or staying on me from not eating enough ............... That would be a major defecit for my body to have to deal with.
 
Its just a shame you cant afford a session with a personal trainer to get more information on all of this Tanya. Maybe you could hint at the Family for your next pressie?

hahaha I thought my luck was in sunday morning when i got out my 'lottery ticket' to check the numbers and realised he had actually given me 3 lucky dips for fridays euromillions, how he managed that and didnt charge me the right price i'll never know but i thought ooooooohhh winner as i never asked for this but nope :( ha!

Decided on counting cals for the meantime - im getting annoyed at mfp everythings flippin american '1 cup' :mad: stupid measurements.

Making a 1pot wonder today to last me 3 days, turkey mince, swede, carrots, pasta, stock, toms, herbs and just bunged in the slow cooker - sorted! :rolleyes:

Tanya think of 1 cup simply as an average portion and you won't go far wrong.....
 
I've got a picky head on. I just want to sit here and munch! :sigh: I know its only cuz im bored and sat doing nothing!
