Superb about pennies for holidays ... Superb about feeling better ... Superb menu! Not so superb about sleeping in, buy I think missing waxing pain is superb lol.
 
I shouldn't really complain after all, this is probably want I wanted - to lose appetite & not eat & lose weight but this is so frustrating. I can't even finish this bowl of pasta. It's not even alot probably 200g all tolled with the salad & meat :( :cry: I'm not sure what's wrong with me! *moan moan moan* sorryyyyy!!
 
Aww hun good luck for tomorrow xx Try not to fret, you will be fine. We got some crappy news this week and my appetite was rubbbish at the start of the week.......shes fine now :) Yours will be back right in time for the weekend :)

You're feeling crappy, that's what! No wonder given constipation then sicky plus all other frustrations! It's allowed to moan ... Xx

Sorry you are still feeling poorly. Whatever bug you have must be working very slowly through your system Lots of TLC required to make you feel better. Hope you are a bit better tomorrow.
 
Just had a banana & now got massive heartburn!!!!! :(

Not even sure if I will drink this weekend now :eek: lol

Lost 1.5lbs
I know its not a true reflection of weight loss cuz of the lack of food this week so there will probably be a gain next week :sigh:

Managed to get all my muesli down my neck today - only because i knew i had to for my run.

I've got 10days off work now!! :D :D Off to exeter again tonight untill sunday for training then a whole week to myself! :D

Friday 4th February

*7mile run (1hr28.27.2)

B- muesli & s.s milk

*isotonic energy drink
*banana

L- wm toasted bagel, 3 spoons of beans & 15g mature cheddar.

Well done on the loss Tanya. It wont necessarily come back on next week not with all your running and being good.

Hope your training goes well this weekend and I hope you have a great week off!
 
Majorly upset - i actually cried at my time of my run today: 1hr28:27.2 :( I guess it was to be expected.

I also realised cuz I checked the route again that last week I actually ran .2miles short of the full 7miles. So I had that little extra to run, along with having no energy and now I feel like a muppet at my little cry.

It was a real struggle and i reckon i walked for a good .8of a mile maybe a bit more :break_diet:

Edit: :) Just eaten a whole meal! wm toasted bagel, 3 spoons of beans and 15g mature cheddar grated on top and it was lovely.

Also, been meaning to post this up being the proud sister I am! :) Remember I told you about my brother being in the 40commando calender .... well its february!!

Well done on your loss - it's not necessarily true that it's coz of not being well - often the body hangs on to stuff when we're poorly!

It's only te be expected that you'd be slower after not being well. You're far too hard on yourself - if you don't behave I'll have to come down there and tan your hide!!! Give yourself a break girl!! And don't expect too much of yourself too soon either - you seem to be getting your appetite back but don't assume you'll be back in tip top shape immediately.

Enjoy your training and then have a FAB week off (jealous ;)) AND look after yourself xxx
