I feel much much better after having 2 whole meals today. I am hard on myself but its because I want this so bad. I have been reading through a couple of websites and all say not to beat yourself up, everyday life is going to come in the way of running etc etc Just the read i needed really.

Week off work but not off running im afraid! lol I've also provissionally booked onto 2 duties for fri and sat night just waiting for conformation! :) But other than that it really is about doing nothing!!! :D

This morning I have actually woken up hungry!!!!!! Hello appetite?! Bloody hope so!

Think I might not count pp's ... Think I might begin to count cals it might work better with a running regime?

I am very tempted by the cooked breakfast this morning though ha ;)

B- 2/3rds sausage, 1fried egg, 1rasher bacon (fat removed) 1 sachet hp sauce 1.5slices wm toast 1with flora .5with raspberry jam

L- lasagne & peas & slice of chocolate cake. I only managed half of it all.

*2/3rds bag of haribo star mix

D-tesco light prawn Mayo sarnie, 1/2 bag walkers, 6 chocolate Brazils

*bottle of rosé

I was thinking about you actually when I was putting my data into the myfitnesspal (to now be known as mfp) cos with all your running you'd be able to be far more scientific about what you're eating and what you need. Perhaps where we've all been going wrong is that ww is just not scientific enough after all? I dunno, back to counting calories eh?:D

I am tempted to count cals think I'll have a long think Monday about what to do as it might affect my shopping for the week x

Holy moley!! I have had 3hours sleep up at 4:40 and I've another 8 hour day of 'lectures' :sigh:

Just munched a packet of squares that I bought with me :eek: think it'd be safe to say the appetite is back! I'm not eating as much at my main meals but atleast I'm eating I guess.

Asked my mum to make me 'mummy's cottage pie' for tonight so hopefully she has :fingerscrossed: but it'll be topped with potato & a lot of butter :drool:

Wine went down loverly last night! Me & Stevie are having a meal out on Thursday & back home for drinks (a kinda early valentines not that we really celebrate it) so that'll be the next time I pay mrs zinfandel a visit ;)

Sunday 6th February

*packet squares

B- 1 sausage, 1 fried egg, 2 slices toast, sachet ketchup

L- 3thin slices turkey, 1.5stuffing balls, brocolli & carrots, cranberry jelly. Apple crumble.

D- mum is the BEST!!!! She's only made me cottage pie! mmmmmmmmmmm So will be having that later on.

*8squares galaxy truffle
*2squares dairy milk caramel

The weekend was fab. A bit long what with all the info being crammed into us but as were told all the time not to panic too much as it'll all come with experience.

Had a lovely 12hours sleep last night, very much needed after my measly 3hours saturday night lol

Bf wants to go into town today for some lunch and a bit of shopping, ive still got some vouchers for new look from christmas so might have a goose :)

Yep, nice week off now! Got nothing planned really besides runs, lunch with clare and a couple of shifts :D

Monday 7th February

*3mile run

B- muesli & s.s milk, 100ml fresh orange juice.

L/D- scampi & chips with 2 onion rings followed by the most delish desert!!!!!!! will upload pic :)

Me & Stevie went to the chaddlewood inn for lunch but its like a chain of food places i think, called 'sizzling pubs' and we shared a desert which was warm chocolate fudge cake, crushed raspberries, vanilla ice cream, cadbury fudge pieces, chocolate sauce, squirty cream topped with cadbury crunchie pieces & a cadbury curly wurly!

It was huuuuuuuuuuuuge! I'd hate to know the calories or the pp's in it! LOL
