I am chilling :) Went and met my friend for an hour today and have just been sat catching up on tv for the rest of the afternoon, same again for this evening!

Not too keen on my dinner, but i will have it as i dont want to waste it. Did a big booboo and put the pasta in from the beginning and although its helped to make it nice and thick its also gone mushy :doh: big boo boo! lol
 
Tanya, there are drop downs on MFP, you dont have to take the 1 cup measurement. I tend to use the gram button and then just add the amount on the other tab. EG 4 x 5g.
 
Yup done it thanks mary :) I also figured out i can change the serving size too and put in like 1/2 or 2 :giggle:
 
Run was bloomin awesome today! I did 7.7miles instead of the 8miles that was on the plan as I went to Burrator again and ran twice around there. I love it up there (except when 3dogs surround me and bark at me :eek:!!) I felt my pace was spot on today :D

mfp says i burnt 1078cals running - not sure where an earth i am going to find extra 'good' calories from. I have edited lunch and added some cheese, beetroot & some full fat salad cream. Think i might be ok now for the day.

wow you are steaming! Food looks good Tanya......i did some research on starvation mode yesterday, if you keep exercising I don't think its likely to happen......remember too that as you lose a bit of weight you'll need less calories, not sure how many though:confused:
 
Im sure mfp will tell us that as theres a section to update your weight etc isnt there :)
 
Tanya, on the mfp app click More and Edit profile. You can enter your stats there. Xx
 
Glad you're enjoying your running hon :) ... I'm surrounded. My son is doing the Edinburgh and London marathons and DD & DIL are doing the Liverpool one in October!! You're all marvellous :) xx

Bloody hell Tanya.........you are marvellous, I hold my hat up to you chick, just look at Tanya from 2 years ago to Tanya today. I bet a few years ago you struggled to walk a mile and now look at you running over 7 miles.

Woke up really early today but still feel like ive slept really well. Me and Stevie are going to have some nibbles & wine tonight as he is off work now untill monday too. Looking forward to it as its our little 'valentines' night, not that we usually celebrate it lol

I weighed in this morning and got a STS. Pretty happy with that as i really expected the scales to be back up. Will weigh in next friday now.

Got up at 6:30 today and I have a shift tonight starting at 7 and going on to around 3am :eek: I'm counting on the excitement of working a friday night to get me through if I dont manage a short nap later!

Im just not in the mood for this counting malarky, but I will, clean slate for today after an 'off' day yesterday. Can't promise its going to be good though :giggle:
