Lol no virtual drinks for me managed to persuade the bf to go for a 'few' (so much for my not drinking unless special occasions - well it is the last day of my hols!!) im starting on a summer fruits cider. It's been ages since ive had one and it's bloody lovely :)
 
Never heard of that either:sigh: I love the pear cider, Magners I think, but never seen summer fruits.....mind you I don't go to the pub very often....enjoy!
 
My bad it's actually mixed fruits but there is a summer fruits one I sure :)

I actually drank Rose Wine on Thursday, it made me think of you, as you usually go for the Rose. I am more of a white wine person myself, but I REALLY enjoyed it - well it is alcohol ;)
 
Awww you thought of me!! Lol yes I'm defo a Rose gal not too keen on White although I will drink it of that's all there is haha :rotflmao: x
 
HaHa - yes from now on Rose is Tanya ;) ... we normally only drink rose when on holiday as it's more acceptable than sh1tty white usually! But I'll never ever pick up another glass without thinking of you Tan ;) xx
 
Awwww I'm associated with rosé, sweet! Lol

Today for alcohol has been a write off will update tomorrow but I'm bloomin enjoying it :) xx
 
We drink loads of it in the summer, especially the garden, in future when I raise my glass I will say Tanya, rather than cheers:D

What a brilliant afternoon/evening. I had, and its lucky i still remember i tell ya lol 1.5 bottles of wine, 1 bottle of cider, and 6morgan spice & diet cokes.

Didn't eat anything when i got in (there was no way i was cooking my curry after all that lol) but had 1/2 pack of peanuts and 1/2 pack of grab bag walkers whilst out.

Calories yesterday were waaay over, total 2707, burnt 527 so net was 2,180. All empty cals over from alcohol, but so worth it ;)

Now just today to get through - im always a pig the day after drinking! :eek:

Got asked today by my mum if ive lost even more weight :giggle: I said no. I swear its got to be cuz im 'toning' from the running. Im defo going to take my measurements on friday and see what they are after a week. I know for sure my hip area, thighs and calfs are defo alot more defined. My leggins around my thighs are loose but i cant get the next size down as they wont go over my calfs!

Anyways pig out day today: I will write it all down and work out the cals when ive got 5 this afternoon.

Them boozy calories don't count!........much:sigh: who cares, you've got to let your hair down sometimes:D

Congrats on your first arrest, must have been so exciting.

Thanks Bev. Yep, it was very exciting but also quite nerveracking! Thankfully everybody that I had to deal with following the arrest was very kind and understood it was my first one. I absolutly love it and if i could give up work and do the specials full time i so would!

Yikes!! :eek: Already way over on calories for today.

Will just have some chicken with salad later on tonight then just take some fruit with me for work.
