May be over but only in a good way, no rubbish in today's menu:D

Just booked me a shift tomorrow and friday evening before my proper job. Means i'll have to get up at 1:30 each day to squeeze my runs in before i have to leave at 4:30 :eek:

So have just made prawn pasta salads in prep and aslong as I can not pick when I get in my cals should be ok :) :fingerscrossed:
 
I know you love doing them but don't be overdoing it now ya hear??!! ;) Don't be knocking yourself out .... enjoy them though hon :) xx

 
I wont!! :) We are only required to do 16hrs a month but ive already done 29 this month! :giggle:

Well, I only overslept dint I!! :doh: Means i'll have to run fri, sat & sun now to get my 4 runs in.

Good news guys, my brother got a 'superior pass' for his PT pre course test which means he's now onto the course to become a PT instructor!!! So so proud of him :D :D

haha I wish! He is based in Taunton and im not sure he'd want to come home of a weekend and train a dweeb at PT like me!!! :giggle:
 
He could do it virtually or remotely I s'pose.......makes me think of that bloke who used to be on Celebrity Fat Club (or something like that) Harvey was it? He was a right hard task master.....
 
Another great shift today. I wonder how long it'll be untill im saying theyre not so great :giggle:

Got such a sweet tooth going on. Came home and scoffed some cherry bakewell tart. Now really really fancying a kit kat chunky :drool: Its so damn tempting to just have a big blow out!!

Im contemplating at the minute going for my run after work this evening. Its only going to be a 2miler so can bosh that one out, home, shower and then I dont have to worry about sleeping in again. Probably the better idea - will burn that bakewell tart off too!! :giggle:

Shall see how i feel in the am!

Run done :) 2miles 22mins40secs. Still keeping up with my long run pace even though I was tired. Calories for today were 1,173. Burnt 269 so net for the day was 904.

Weigh in when I get up :fingerscrossed: i'm not hopefull im placing my money on there being a gain!

I must remember to measure myself though :D
