Well done on the lb Tan and be careful with the knee

Look up RICE on the Internet which stands for, Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation......basically how to treat injuries

Good job on the loss. All good. Look after the knee.

Well done sweety! And take care of that knee...

Thanks guys.
I dont have any support or bandages as ive never been injured before. This is the first time ive had an injury since ive been running. My brother has bought me round some ibuprofen gel it is easing a little but still twinges.

How's the knee Tanya? Did it hold up for the run??

hi tanya ) glad to see teh runnings going well x

good for you for joining the specials..my OH was with them for about 5-6 years back in the early 80's and ive heard many many tales of what they had to 'help' the paid policemen with including many suicides, domestics, lots of threatening behaviour and a very common one, stealing the lead off of church roofs! do you get councelling to help with anything nasy you might see? OH never did and just wondered if its changed since his day?

h xx

Glad your knee is better hun and that you had a good time out! You are doing so well so nothing wrong with having a little break!

Congrats on the 1lb off and great that your knee is better. Hate it when an injury stops your doing your sport.

Good news on the knee. Will you still strap it up on the run?

I'm so glad to hear your knee's better :D:D:D. Sounds like a really good weekend :) xx
