I think my body defo needs a rest Jan and i certainly don't think i can cope with 4runs whilst trying to get out for duties and my regular job.

Aww Tan, you seem to be having a bit of a tough time. I hope things get better. And I agree ewww about the nail! Do they grow back?!x

Yes the nail was already 'dead' and yeah it'll grow back. My right one is now perfect. It's cuz when i first started running my trainers were too small.

Anyways today is a much better day. I have weighed myself as tomorrow I will be getting up after very little sleep as i'm off to exeter for my 2nd to last training weekend :)cry:) and i am 1/4lb up. Not bad considering my shocking weekend lol

Also I paid off my 2nd holiday today! :D Going back to Turkey with Clare in August. Cannot wait!! Such a huge relief that they are both now paid off!

Not much spends to save for as im all inc for both holidays, its just the couple of trips me and stevie want to do in lanzarote and of course the new holiday clothes i'll have to buy ;)

Just made stevie pancakes, i had one, put them into mfp recipe and they come out at 103cals each with sugar and lemon.

Today isnt much better either, well, it is in a way but i'm making burritos for me and my little brother before I go away this evening, hence why only an alepn bar for dinner. Its my 2nd to last training weekend. So they are pretty hefty on calories ....

When I wrote that I completly forgot about the calories id burn running :doh: how I managed that I do not know! lol I wasnt going to have cheese with my burritos but now I am ;) x

Had good pace today with my run, was running at 11.25min miles :) Thats 25secs faster than usual. Not sure why, maybe the sugar from breakkie but maybe the pasta from yesterday? Who knows but I was pleased. Got my little brother to show me how to stretch out my inner thighs properly as they were hurting me wed and thur after my run on tue.

Anyways guys, i'm off in a little while. I'll still doc my food over the weekend, thanks to the trusty mini app ;) But Not sure i'll be able to do cals too well as all food is provided for us, but will certainly cal it up where I can.

We are off out too on saturday night into Exeter, so more alcohol for me...... i think its safe to say the 'giving up alcohol idea and only on special occassions' is safely out of the window, well so far out of the window now I can't even see it! :rotflmao: x

B- 2 slices wm toast, jam, 1sausage 1spoon of beans

L- spiced wedges, sweetcorn, salad leaves, cucumber, beetroot, slice of turkey

D- cheese sandwich (with butter :eek: don't usually eat them if theyve got butter in but as I was drinking it was best to i guess lol) packet walkers. 1 oat& wheat biccy.

*plenty of wine tonight no doubt ;)
