Yep, he emailed back and said to just come along and see how I get on. I can't go this evening but am planning on going next week (providing I dont get a shift on that day).

Got a cake to make today so will be a busy evening once my run is done. So i'm not guna kid myself I reckon a bit of cut off sponge might fall into my mouth and obv i'll have to taste the buttercream to make sure its just right ;)

I love baking Molly and I do like to taste it as I go along but come the end product i'm pretty good at taking it or leaving it, unless i've made it specifically because I wanted it! :giggle:

I am thrilled with todays run!!! I set out the door and did a massive yawn i thought oh here we go but I managed to knock 1min3secs of last weeks 4mile time!!!! It took me 44:45m which is a pace of just over 11min miles!!!! :party0049: :party0049:
 
That is a fantatic time Tanya, you are a right wee trooper with your running.

I can almost taste that buttercream now.......grrr, I want it..........lol.
 
I can't get over your running times!! I'm also excited for you having ur first run with the club! I'll bet U surprise urself with how well you compare with others...

Holy moly! I've never cracked a double yolked egg in my life then tonight out of the 8eggs I have to use 3 of them were double yolked!!!!!!! :eek:

Oh also munched a chunk of cheese this evening whilst baking :doh:

Edit: I had a moutfull of sponge (a very big mouthfull so lets call it 2 mouthfulls) that i had cut off to make the tops flat and probably about 1/2 tablespoon of buttercream. Oh and a few licks of the bowl of the cake mixture ;) WI tomorrow too :eek: no idea on calories but think i should be ok for the day as net is only 573

I love to get double yolkers. We have a dozen fresh eggs each Monday from the farm, and we regularly get the double yolks..........the yolk is so golden, I love them. I would hate to have them from a Supermarket again.

Oooh Tanya, I am sure your WI will be fine tomorrow hun - good luck.
 
Oooooo my faces, it seems like an extra treat when your dippy egg has a double yolk! I get mine from my cousin who keeps thousands of chickens free range, he lets me have the ones that are too big to go in the egg boxes. I've had 9 double yolks out of a dozen eggs before!
 
Never had a double yolk in my puff ... WTF ... Unfair or what!

Might set up a support group for non-double-yolk-getters! I hate to be left out. Cant see green cheese and all that - well actually that's a lie, I cud - quite happily - Whereas cheddar and Brie ... Well that's another story!

Anyway ... How did ya get on with WI? x

Oh my golly gosh!! weigh in today and i've dropped 3.75lbs :D very happy indeed with that. I'm guessing the gain was from a lot of water retention from having such a junk filled weekend? maybe? :hmm: Onwards and downwards :party0049:

Last run of the week today wanted 4 but I was lazy and only did 3miles. Pace was 11m21sec a mile, i'm so impressed with myself these past two days with my running times.

Got a fun filled weekend ahead so am sorry if im not around much. Got to ice a cake tomorrow and then working tomorrow night then sunday we are off to the horse races at Newton Abbot. Plenty of food and of course alcohol will be had on sunday ;)

Made a sensible choice this evening, healthy living blt sandwich and a packet of mattisons chicken bites was tempted by chippie but i resisted!! :D

Have it on one of the days you have a long run, that will compensate for all the calories you burn off chick. Pointless denying yourself something if you really want it - we all know where that leads to!
