Morning! :) not sure why so cheery, its monday, its cold and im back to work tonight!!!! :sigh:

Well done Sandra, hope the 2nd interview goes ok tomorrow.

I've got such a chocolate head on tonight :( :( I hate this feeling, it even crossed my mind to head to the shop and buy a few bars and have a 'binge'. I've not had that thought for months and months and thats pretty scary.
 
Beat you to it Tanya! I had a sandwich made on White bread which triggered a bit of a carb fest. I had an aero bar and a kit Kat!! Can't have any more!!!

I just wana eat eat eat. Had this feeling for a couple of weeks now and it's so tempting to just have a big massive blow out :sigh:
 
Sometimes it jolts your metabolism when you have a blow out hun. This one time......after refeed.......I ate a whole packet of cookies the night before WI and I lost 4lbs :)
 
Just scoffed a mars bar.
Im sick and tired now of saying im going to be good then never doing it. I've got 14 weeks and 4 days untill my first holiday and to lose 21lbs, got my first bikini today too which is so pretty but i look like a right whale in it.

I have to get my head into gear - ass kickings, punches in the head all greatfully recieved!

Tfr defo not an option with my running I want to steer clear of it I don't wana be using it for a quick fix but if push comes to shove I might and this is a big might do a week or two before holiday after the 1/2 marathon.
 
Thats very sensible Miss Tanya :) I'm just gutted I refed when I did.....wasnt even worth it. Could be maintaing at goal now rather than at half a stone heavier........very annoying!

Tanya, I am sure you will get this gain gone in a few days, it/hopefully is just water retention, but just think how bad you would feel if you did have a binge - you would probably feel worse than you feel now.

Come on now girl, knuckle down, BE GOOD, and keep up the great work that you are doing. Just think, you are contemplating doing a couple of weeks of TFR before the holiday and after the half marathon if you need to, but if you start binging, it will be more like 4-5 weeks you would need, as that weight soon comes back on.

You ARE in a great place, just dont move the goal posts now - hugs xxx
 
I wish that I'd been able to get to goal on tfr too....if only I'd started a month earlier.....

Deffo not an option whilst you're running Tan......

Tanya, don't get into binge mode. Treat, yes but not binge!! You will feel more miserable. I stopped after the two bars last night cos I just knew I would feel worse today. I still feel bad for what I had but I know I can easily undo the damage this week.

Thanks ladies :) I'm still feeling no better about it today but you are all right, I would feel 100x worse. Maybe the run will perk up my mood!

Oooooh also!!!! I have found out about a running club that litterally starts about a mile down the road from me and they run on thursdays at 6pm so i'm thinking of doing that. I can't do this week as i've a cake to make and am going to run after work wed and thursday but i emailed the leader last night and told him my pace time etc and he just said to pop down and see how i get on.

*will probably have some fruit later on ive still got a bit of mango, pineapple & melon left.

Great idea to join the running club Tanya, I am sure you will get lots of information there regarding your running and I am sure they will be able to help with whats the best food stuff too.
 
I actually never thought about that Mary I was just thinking it'd help me get used to running around with other people in prep for race day!! :giggle: But you're right, im sure someone there might be able to help me food wise!! :D :D x
 
Oh Tab that's fab news about the running club! And you never know, some1 there might have advice on how to tackle some of those pesky pounds before bikini time without compromising all you've achieved with fitness, running etc - woop woop! I'm crossing all that's cross-able for you!
