Ah that was nice you had a chat with some people in the park.

When we venture out its just a hello from most people, some people not even that!

Hope you have a good day, I'm, just keeping an eye on the forecast for a 2hr break in the rain so I can go out for a nice long walk.
 
That was good you went to the park and chatted to some people.

Sometimes I will stop and talk other times it's just a hello. It depends on what time I have when out. I can easily go out for an hour's walk but don't come back for a couple of hours. :)
 
Today was good, got a nice sleep @Ravenous that audio actually is helping I know it’s working helping me drift off because it gets to a certain point in the audio where I have no memory so I’m falling asleep quickly x

Was raining pretty much all day but I decided to go for a walk anyway. Just walked up and down the woodland instead of the hills this time, so managed to get 15k steps done today and I saw this big looking paw print on a tree which I thought looked pretty cool. 🤣

No idea doubt it lol don’t know if somebody carved it or it’s natural markings on the tree but cool anyhow!

The aldi nature’s glen scotch sweet chilli kebabs have approx 123 calories each
 
Eek moods not been good today and overate aswell just felt so hungry 😖

Have to admit I did slip up last night ate entire box of cheese straws, so my total calories for the day was 2600.
Moods still not good however was better today with food at least.
Going to try really hard to go out tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Thanks guys still going with the diet, moods abit better today but still never managed to go outside.
I have a small Meetup Social distanced walk on Sunday so hopefully it will be okay by then.

Also really need to go shopping because nothing really left in the house lol.

Today was nice, went shopping and got some foods and ordered a box of grenade bars 🤣 from Argos, A selection box of all the flavours they have should be here later today.

Decided to go for a walk then ended up in the hills again as you do LOL
Tomorrow will be my rest day as my feet’s are sore ready for the walk on Sunday.

Managed nearly 25k steps and 122 floors today
Saw some baby foxes and fawns today which was really cute.
