Muscles feel good today but never went for a big walk, just to the store and back, then will be going tomorrow with my mum for the big shop.

Boots are all dry and polished ready to be muddy again 😂
Will be waiting till the weathers not going to be raining because I don’t want a repeat of that!
at least untill I get myself some proper clothes for the conditions.

Today’s been okay mood wise at least
Haven’t been to the shops yet! But really have to go tomorrow.
decided to walk again to the hills then it started to downpour pretty bad so I hid in a forest for it to die down, no such luck so ate my Grenade bar for a moral boost and power walked home LOL

Was soaking, really really need to buy some proper waterproof gear because Scotland and all that.
however enjoyed it overall.
15K steps and 100 floors this time

Dinner was a slight problem, i overstuffed the wrap and it split, so it’s now a sandwich thingy 😂
Tasted good though.

Went for a wee wander today early in the morning
Saw lots of rabbits and foxes 😊
Managed over 20k steps today

After that went home and had breakfast before heading out to go shopping.
bought a sandwich from Morrison’s however forgot to take a photo of it 🙃

Going to be taking it easy tomorrow for my walk on Sunday knee feeling a little sore from last big walk.

Went into town today got over 10k steps done and bought some lovely socks for my boots soooo comfy

Got my train ticket also for tomorrow, 15 min journey vs over an hour on the bus win win.

first time using a train so anxious about that!
Made up a chicken salad wrap for packed lunch for the walk in the afternoon tomorrow too.

Today was lovely train went good was anxious but managed it. Met some lovely people most the same from the last walk so was nice to catch up again and see a few new faces.

Today was good, went shopping again with my mum and went for a small walk in town with her.
if the weather holds up I’ll probably go out in the morning to the hills again pretty early.
weigh in this week came in at -4lb 🤗

and I’m now in the next bracket so to celebrate I’m making a lamb curry tomorrow for everyone
Browned Everything off and it’s marinating now in the fridge, just need to add the chopped tomatoes and water and turn on the slow cooker in the morning.
