Thank you I wouldn’t think that’s going to happen after one day, more likely my fat stores are going to get used up as fuel first.You shouldn't starve yourself as your body will store all the calories thinking when is it going to get the next intake if food.

You are doing amazing with the walking, I think the most steps I have managed in a day is about 15k - I am a lazy moo though so that is really good for me and I will eventually build it up - one day LOL
