Managed nearly 21k steps and 200 floors this morning.
came back and had a bath and put my pjs on lol.
Traveled higher up than I have done before and got a pleasant surprise. Lots of coos!
Curry was amazing not had a meal like that since last summer crazy!

Dolly I take pictures because later on when I am stuck for recipes or cannot remember what i have eaten, then I can refer to them and remind myself of my eating habits. Also it helps to see where I am going wrong if I am not losing or gaining.Food looks lovely, I never take pictures cos I'm always too hungry LOL
