I lost 1lb this week, 20lbs to go for goal weight but it is defo slowing right down now the closer I get to goal.

Not to fear though I will keep going and as slow as it is it is still coming off so I will get there.

3lbs lost this week, defo wasn't expecting that considering it's now months into my weight loss journey and it was TOTM.

I am sooooooooo happy with that result though, the hard work and sacrifice is paying off and it feels sooooooooooooo good!

17lbs to go and I will be at goal weight, the best Christmas present to myself EVER.
