100% on plan for two weeks from 18 June

Well the damage is 3 lbs so not too bad in one sense but in another thats 1 lb a day and I didnt go mad to the degree as the others. Feck sake.

I don't think that's too bad kiwi. You'll have that off by the end of the week. Did you have fun though? Bet it's so worth it.

Morning ladies.

I'm starting at 187 after a couple of lbs off this weekend and hoping to be down to 181 this week.

Woken up with a horrible headache, feeling exhausted and struggling to get up for work but hoping once I'm up and out I'll feel a bit better.

Day 4, should be ok now the dreaded weekend is out of the way. Got a pink pee stick so woohoo!!

Brilliant Anne, you're in ketosis now so the uphill battle is over. Quiet week at work sticking to plan ahead for you and before you know it you'll be half a stone down by Friday.

I've just tucked into the cakes I brought back to my staff. Need to get a handle on myself this morning. I'm so not in the zone at this moment in time. I'm bloody starving, have what I presume is an over indulgence headache and I really don't want to be at work.

Breakfast wise I've had porridge and a boiled egg so I'm on track (if you ignore the cake issue). I think I just need to put the cakes into myfitnesspal to add up the content and calories, give myself a little shock and then have a shake for lunch.
 
645 calories for breakfast ouch! Well that's my hand slapped. I'll have two shakes for the rest of the day and a can of tuna after work and that will bring me back in line. I'll definitely need to take some form of exercise this evening.
 
Arghhh I'm SO grumpy today. And have headache and feel cold. Assuming its a day 3 mood! Hoping for a bit of what you've got tomorrow Anne!

Don't actually want to eat at this point so at least that's something, but I can feel that as the day goes on I'll be in an absolutely foul mood.

Would've been able to have a lazy day but have an assignment due today that I should've done last week and have left to the last minute so have to struggle through that which would make me grumpy at the best of times.

Let's hope today passes with no tears, tantrums or food!

Also, office is so loud today after everyone seems to be back after summer break and everyone who walks past seems to be talking at a completely unreasonable volume (which I may be imagining!).

Also have an office meeting at 11 which is always totally pointless and dull so that's irritating me too.

Seriously tempted to go and work from home. My manager doesn't usually mind but it feels sort of different doing it without express permission (as she's on holiday).

I'm not exactly doing sole source. I've had nothing naughty but if I've been starving I've had either some cold meat or hard boiled egg etc. also having skimmed milk for drinks but literally a pint lasts me a week so not too bad.
I'm trying to focus on two week stints on plan as near to 100% as possible, a wedding in two weeks time then a girls weekend two weeks after that, hopefully breaking it down should make it easier to stick to.
I had a wobble this morning, had a real hunger moment but thankfully it's now passed so fingers crossed for a good day.

Jo - Sounds like your going into Ketosis :) Hope work is ok for you.

Anne - well done on still being here and peeing pink, get through the rest of the week and you'll be flying. if your stats are still correct you will be in the 13's by the end of the week!!!

Kiwi - forget the cakes and move on, what's done is done. Just aim for 100% for the rest of the week.

I tested for Ketosis this morning (day 8 of restart) and not in it. Been eating less than 20 grams of carbs so no idea why. I've lost 11lb of my gain though so must be working. Thinking it may be the cod liver oil tabs my PT has put me on, she wants me to take 6, I'm taking 3 at the mo as not sure on the effects 6 a day would have. Been building them up, started on 1 a day. Apparently there really good for building muscle, we will see!!

You'll be fine now you're in ketosis!

And it totally makes sense to have a bit of protein if you're wobbling as that's better than falling off totally.

Sounds like you're in a good place, hope you stay there!

Can I have slim fast or will that kick me out of ketosis? Not seeing councillor till tomorrow and I only have malt toffee bars left which I just can't stomach!!

I don't know about slim fast kicking you out of ketosis (though I doubt it would) but you're better just having that rather than having food.

Really really struggling today, mood has lifted slightly as the day goes on but seriously questioning why I'm doing this to myself when I like the way I look as I am (though obviously prefer me smaller).

I'm hoping its just day 3 misery.

They're quite high in carbs, I'd avoid. Have something from Atkins, they do bars etc and really low in carbs. Can get them in boots and superdrug.

2 slim fast shakes or one with anything else containing more than 20g of carbs will deffo kick you out of ketosis.
 
Ohhh I didn't realise slim fast was so carb heavy! That's my learning for today!

Thankyou ladies. I managed to find an Atkins Shake although that was pretty yukky too haha! Can't wait to see my councillor tomorrow and get more tetra bricks!! X
