100% on plan for two weeks from 18 June

11.6 for me this morning so a lb loss for my buffer so far. Went out for my sisters 30th birthday last night, everyone had starters which I skipped then had steak and salad for main which I asked for plain so they literally bought me cold strips of thin steak and rocket. Not impressed!!! Was one of the most expensive dishes too lol. My other half had a huge pizza that was half the price of my salad!!!

How's everyone getting on?

That seriously annoys me too Liz when I'm out. Happened me recently when I was in my favourite thai with friends. Had the warm beef salad and it was awful compared to the other dishes everyone else got. Same story with the tuna salad in my local Italian. Don't understand the small portions when it's basically lettuce and a can of tuna.

I was 10 2.5 again this morning. It's so annoying. I ate hardly anything yesterday so in reality I'm probably sabotaging myself. I definitely won't be 9 something for my hols at the weekend. I need to eat!!! So I'm just going to start eating 1400 calories a day from now, then have a nice holiday and get back to it in earnest again when I get back for the 10 weeks to Christmas. I'm getting way too obsessive about the scales. (That and I'm bored rigid of dieting and I'm probably looking for excuses)
 
Did I mention I hate salads!!! Like I really hate them so it's not a treat to eat one when I'm out lol but I do like looking well these days so it's one or the other!
 
The cheapest food does tend to be the yummiest!! And most calorific unfortunately!

Sounds like a plan Kiwi, maybe give your body a rest and a chance to settle at a certain amount of calories.

yeah I'm the same - I would of liked the salad with all the bits that came with it but then it would of been less cals to probably have something else!!

I think your right to stop obsessing with the scales, your below target. Now I'm at target anything in addtion is a bonus so not stressing. Bet your so excited for your hols, I am :)

I can't wait. I've all new clothes and ready to go. I even got tax back out of the blue 2 weeks ago so it's an omen for a fab time!!!
 
PT session done, have my last one on sat. Feel a bit upset about it but it's the end of the 12 week programme and I just can't afford to pay so much every month. She's writing me monthly programmes so I'll still see her once a month.

Bad day, my head wasnt in it. Only had the 1400 calories i said id have but it was made up of mcdonalds and mars bars.
 
Another lb off for me this morning. Not quite sure how :-/ well obviously I've been 100% but seems quick for me. Anyway 2lb under target now with 9 days left on plan before my holiday. I think I now have a healthy bmi!!! I'll prob lose nothing now until then lol.

I'm out for a meal again tonight, will order protein and salad. Meeting up with a group of girls I've not seen for months so will be good to see if they notice.

I was 10 1.75 this morning too so lost 0.75 overnight too. Very odd. Didn't exercise either yesterday. My pig out gain is probably coming tomorrow. Back to my saintliness this morning. Porridge made with water, melon cup and a boiled egg for brekkie. I see there's roast chicken on for lunch so that will be a healthy option with veg for lunch.
 
Well tomorrow is D Day, the day before my hols when i wanted to be 9 something. Dont think im going to lose 2 lbs overnight but I gave it a good go and Im several lbs under my goal weight so i cant complain!
 
Early Saturday morning Liz. Stopped off for a spray tan on the way home from work tonight. Just one more day and Im done until the 20th October.
 
Morning ladies! It turns out a lot of fake tan actually does make you look skinnier. I was 10 0.5 lbs this morning. So close but not there. Oh well. I feel good today. Holidays first thing in the morning.

Santliness continuining until I get to the airport. Porridge and a fruit cup for breakfast. Tea with skimmed milk. Lunch looks like a chicken salad as the options on the hot food counter look very carby today.
 
That's brilliant - well done :) So you have a 5lb buffer. Hope I can get that too. We have both lost nearly 25% of our starting body weight. How cool is that!!! thats a quarter!!!
