Going in and out of ketosis isn't going to make it easier... its going to make it harder jo. I would say maybe plan treat days every 2-4 weeks where you go and have a little cheat (nothing too drastic) and then at least you have something to look forward to a keep u motivated to be 100% until then? Do u think that might help? Eventually you could swap the food treat for another treat like shoes and makeup or something x

Yeah I know, and that'd totally be my advice to anyone else! I'm just going to try and get the 4 weeks before I fly out for my wedding on track and then come back to plan when I get back to try and stabilise and learn to manage and maintain my weight.
Once I'm on plan I actually don't feel I need cheats its just getting past the few days. So focusing on one day at a time now and knowing after 4/5 days I won't crave the crap or want to binge.
