Dinner:chicken and lots of veg made into spicy sauce like Indian and low fat supernoodles

Your doing so well! We're similar weight, so enjoying keeping up with your diary. What your goal weight? I would be happy at 8 1/2 stone but really really happy at 8!

Day 2

Breakfast: toastie with 2 bread brown (hexb) (4)
Cheese (hexa)
Tomato
Jalapeño

Lunch: chilli beef noodles, mullerlight vanilla

Dinner: funeral buffet. Tried to stay as good as possible and eat little and not sure how to syn it but I know I'm well over. Has a vodka and diet also

Snack: mullerlight

100 sit-ups on ab bench

Breakfast: hifi mint bar (hexb)
Fat free natural yogurt
(No fruit left in house)

Lunch: supernoodles with spring onion

Dinner: supernoodles with spring onion( ended up getting tickets to see mrs browns boys so lay main quick dinner)

Snack: kitkat chunky(12.5) 3 nachos Witt but of cheese and salsa at show. (Dunno syns)
2 vodka and diet (8)

With 1/4 of brown bread (1)

Lunch: supernoodles

Dinner: bolengse with pasta with cheese (hexa)

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, raspberries, blueberries with natural fat free yogurt

Lunch: low fat supernoodles with spring onions

Kebab with garlic and chilli on pitta bread ( at like three in the morning when I was soooooo drunk. First takeaway food I've had in months so I enjoyed it.

Loadddsssa of vodka!! Was my Xmas do so planned
