Breakfast : hifi bar (hexb)

Lunch: low fat supernoodles

Snack: fun size cruchie, fun size choclate buttons, 3 cocktail sausages , pickles n cheese, grapes, 1/2 cupcake, 2 ripples. (At Xmas party)

Dinner : low fat supernoodles

Snack: sw crisps

2+ litres of water
Acceleration training (45 mins)

Snack: 2 mini bounty (13.5)

Haven't updated in 5 days!! Been enjoying alxohol, bread and choclate too much!! Lol

Back on track today!! Showing in at 9.1 this morning, which is a 4.5lb gain :/

Did you have a good crimbo? I spent 10 days in total off plan & ended up gaining 4lb which makes me heavier than when I started! :-( I'm back on plan today, hopefully will come off as quick as its gone on! I had a great Xmas though. Xx

I agree. That's not bad for ten days!! Can't wait til the bf goes back to work and I can get back Into the swing of things lol

I finished my 2nd box of slimatea & it does what it says on the tin so to speak, but cant say its done anything for my losses! Don't think I'll bother with it again as it gave me upper gastric pain after I drank it, so will make do with 'au naturale'!

Sooooo tomorrow is the end of the holidays and my bf is back to work. I got my new sw pack today and weighed for the first time in 3 weeks!!

I'm showing a gain of 5lbs!!! But that was after going out for dinner and glass of wine as it was New Year's Day!!

Roll ok 2013!! By the end of this year I will be 8 stone or 7's!!!
