14lbs to goal!!

I've lost 5 stone 4lb all together but I only joined slimming world 8 weeks ago and I've lost 12lbs with sw.

3.5 left until target :)
 
Wow that's amazing! You've done so well! Also getting 12 off in 8 weeks is fab, its coming off slower for me!

Just stick at it. A leaking tap will fill that bucket!
 
I'm soooooo happy this morning!! Scales have went down to 8.9!! I haven't seem both single numbers in 7 years!
Now I don't feel bad about my takeaway last night, chocolate and cheeky drink lol

Dinner: beef steak, gammon steak.
Fried mushrooms and onions

This week has been a bad week. Gonna put in behind me And do really good this week until Xmas. I will be happy with maintains

I'm doing ok. Maintaining my weight over past two weeks. Been really busy and off track a bit but staying good when I can!
