ProPoints 17th times a charm!!!

Ok so I'm 9st 11lbs as of this morn. Not as bad as I thought but definitely want it gone. I will WI as normal fri morn but just wanted to know where I was at. On bus at work today but as soon as I'm back I'm drinking alot of water!!! :)

I was 9.8 a few weeks ago and goal is 9.3. So think I'm gona make myself a nice pretty chart at work that will help me see how close I am to goal and then treat myself when I get there... :)

I just think I don't realise how close I am. Especially when I was at 9.8-I mean I was only 5lbs away!!!! 2 exceptionally good weeks and I cud hav done it!! oh well... I'll get there... :)

I used to think like that, I never set myself goals anymore because I never made them and got frustrated. It's so annoying because realistically 5lbs is nothing really is it. But it is:)

I know I'm not fantastic with goal dates but I just think if I hav my goal weight and i see me get closer and closer to it, it mite motivate me. Kinda the idea of the ticker on here but I can't see that on my phone.... :)

Wow what an awful awful day.....
Went to work with slight pain in my back so took pain killer 1st thing. Then didn't hav time for breakfast before I went on bus but didn't think and took a difene (anti-inflammatory). I cudnt go sick due to all sick leave I had last year but didn't want to not be able to pull my weight. But difene of all things, ur not supposed to take without food. Well my God I died!! I spent 6 hours on the bus in agony-nausea, pains, serious sweating. I felt like crap. The longer it went on the longer I was goin without food.... So I ate half pack buttons really slowly to try and bring my blood sugars up....
I ate half a sandwich and had to get the bus to pull over cos I nearly threw up.
Peppermint tea back at house but eventually thru up (ALOT!!!!)
Felt a bit better after that and hav tried some toast but feel like total crap.... :-(

TMI---threw up everything :-(

Toast & butter x 2 (6)
Peppermint tea
Water-sips

Total dailies used: 12 ... Not really the issue today I think

Minute steak stirfry (4), peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, soy sauce (0), rice noodles (5)

Ya. I just thought cos I was out sick for 4 months of living in this house last year that I must hav used more then so thought I'd be fine this year but I suppose if I'm realistic, I went home alot while I was sick so maybe this is more realistic. Just wasn't ready for it! :-( Pants!! :-(

Official WI this morn-9st 9.5!! Yeh!! Goin with that. I know it's only since wed but I'm back to Friday WIs anyway. Possibly dehydrated aswel as stomach was bad yesterday and was on toilet all nite!
Out tomoro nite with work but am gona eat normal before I leave so weeklies on alcohol (and I won't be having that much!). Otherwise 100% week this week!!
Have my goal chart on fridge so can cross off 9.11, 9.10.5, 9.10!!! :)
