ProPoints 17th times a charm!!!

Thanks hon. Ya I put more into it cos I hadn't had breakfast. I think that's my prob. If I don't have breakfast then I still had small lunch and dinner and eNd up snacking with remaining dailies. Just something I'm trying to change. :)
 
I always have my breakfast now never used to. I struggle with meal ideas but i feel good at the mo with them. we can do ot hun jus have to help each other out x
 
Ya I never skip breakfast deliberately but if I sleep in on day off I go for run straight away cos just can't run after eating no matter how long I wait. So then its nearly luNch time.
And only other time is if I go to work but then **** hits the fan and I'm running around from second I'm in the door so no time for breakfast. Things tend to not calm down then til 11.30/12 so I grab a piece of fruit and wait for lunch.
Oh well.. ...
 
OK I'm sick of being all talk these days. But I'm off the rails big time. :(
I'm goin to WW meeting in morn. Hoping it mite help get me back into it.
I know my spontaneous nites out where I drink beer doesn't help. But I don't have much of a social life so don't like saying no when offered.
But seriously just need a kick up my arse! :(

oh stop, only 7 weeks to go from friday. its all kinda getting real now haha... really looking forward to it all :)

OK so I WI at home this morn and was gone back up to 9st 11. Not surprised really after a bad 3 weeks really. I know it didn't show last week but think it was def more than just last week.

So I also went to WW class. I'm sitting here now. I've WI at 9st 12.5 here. I knew the scales wud be different but that's really hit home now. My goal on my card is 9.4 but she said to aim for 9.2. So I'm gona try and get get here every week. I prefer the morning classes but it won't always work that way with work. But I'm gona get all the schedules and work it out. :)

That's not too bad.. WW scales used to weigh me heavier than my scales at home.. Weird innit?!

Ya I guessed that it wud weigh me more but at end of the day I don't care what the scales says. At end of day, its how I look that I care about. Its nice to have something to have as a goal but I'll keep goin until I'm happy with how I look and feel either way. :) Plus it gave me the kick I needed! :)

Reset my weeklies today as no WI classes on a Friday so it'll be Thurs WI from now on.

Breakfast-
None-WW class followed by run

Lunch-
Out for lunch with friend-
Skin latte small-2
Tuna, pesto, coleslaw wrap-10

Dinner-
Chicken, bacon, mushroom + onion vol au vent-10
Salad with feta-1

Snacks-
Muller light Greek yogurt-2
alpro soya pudding-3

Total dailies used-26/26
Weeklies used today-2/49
Total weeklies left-47

APs earned today-4
Total APs this week-4

yeah my hen is in Carlow the 12/13 april.
dont ever book a hen with henparty.ie they have caused me nothing but problems. the girl is lovely but they have been changes with everything. its so embarrassing to have to keep going back to people. im gonna complain in writing once the hen is over.

Aw no. That's terrible. Nobody shud have that sort of trouble organising their hen. Def complain once its all over. But in mean time enjoy it! :)

Are you organising your own hen??? That's the bridesmaids job.. She's meant to take the stress OUT of it for ya... tut tut...

My sisters are my bridesmaids but they are not on fb so it was easier for me to event it on fb and tell everyone at the same time. They are collecting the money and will do everything else on the night. Me I just plan on getting drunk haha

Had a bit of a binge after dinner. Very fed up. But I made myself stop. And even though I got cross at sky etc I refused to let myself eat my way thru it. :(

My house is a mess. I'm broke. My electric shower broke this morn but bcos of the stupid hours I do at work its gona be a week before I can get electrician out. My sky box is also f**ked and bcos they tried all they can over the phone, my only other option is to pay €100 for an engineer to call out. I'm not paying it. I've been a customer for 5 years and the box is that old. I suggested that an upgrade mite be all that was needed. It was shot down. So either way I'm cancelling my account.
So I'm goin to either change companies and go to upc or get my friend to set up an account for sky in her name here. I'm just so tired of it all.
It doesn't help that I'm facing into 3 awful long days at work working with crap staff. :(
As I said-fed up. ... :(
