Success Express. There's a sticky/big thread on it somewhere with the information on how to follow it. I posted in it the other day I think, I still can't get my head around it tbh but I think I'll only move to SE if my losses completely halt. It's meant to speed up your losses, Clare.

How much more do you want to lose jenna? I saw the photos of you in your new dress and you look fab! :) xx

Aww thank you! At least another 9lbs and then I'll see where to go from there, I hope I'm happy when I get to 8 and a half but then again I thought 10st would be ok too lol! That picture that I posted was too kind to me tbh, I don't look as small as that in ANY other clothes. It was literally the angle and the dress...which I may just have to start wearing all the time lol!

Blah, my scales still aren't moving... it's getting annoying now. On the plus side, I have a doc's appointment for myself this morning and I'm going to be mentioning various things haha. I hate going to the doctor, so I save up and go in with an arsenal of problems when I do go.
I'm going to mention to her about how hard I'm finding it to lose lately, and see if there's some supplement she can give me to speed it up for a week or so, might get me back on track.

Ah well when you find an outfit that flatters you hunny hold onto it for dear life lol! :) only you can know what weight you will feel comfortable at and if it's a healthy weight for you then that's great (but I do think you look amazing already, hope I can get to that point eventually!) you've done so well hunny, you should be proud of yourself! :) xx

Eek two and half weeks with no control over my diet and no scales to monitor my weight lol gunna have a heart attack when I get back home

Ch you'll be fine!

I'm on super free and water all day today. Maybe a mugshot if I get hungry at lunch. Not sure what to do for dinner, will see how I feel.

So angry at my gain!

Doc's appointment didn't go as well as I'd hoped. I'm none the wiser at all. I've to go back next Tuesday morning to have various tests done. Urine test, cervical swabs, blood tests to check my thyroid... hopefully I'll know more in a week or so. She also sent a letter to the hospital for me to have an ultrasound to check out my abdomen, because the bleeding is obviously not right. She says it could be due to the depo, because some people have irregular spotting on that, or it could be down to the endometriosis or the LLETZ procedure... or it could be due to some cysts they found on my ovaries while doing an ultrasound before my appendectomy. Feels as though my body is failing me lol

I'm having to have an abdominal ultrasound on Monday because they think I may have gallstones. Got the appointment letter through today and they've said that the day before I'm not allowed to eat any fruit, veg, salad, wholemeal and brown bread, wholegrain breakfast cereals, nuts, digestive biscuits or brown crisp bread and that all meals must be low in fibre. Also not allowed to eat OR drink for 6 hours before the ultrasound. HELLO!!! DONT YOU KNOW I'M DOING SLIMMING WORLD??!?! That's practically everything I DO eat!!! Looks like I'll be having a red day on Sunday! HE B options will be out the window though, and I'm meant to have four a day! Have called my SW consultant to see if I can have 8 HE A options instead so that I'm still getting the calories and just waiting to hear back from her. They say it's to eliminate gas in the bowel so that they can easily see the liver, gall bladder, pancreas, kidneys and spleen.

Means I'm gonna be starving after my appointment on Monday and will probably have more than usual for my lunch and I have weigh in on Monday tea time! I don't like to eat much before hand so hoping it won't affect my weigh in too much :( xx

Oh God, I feel for you Sammy! Gallstones are SO effing painful, I had them when I was 16 but thankfully due to how young I was (and the fact I developed bloody pancreatitis) they were pretty swift in getting me in and getting my gallbladder out. If that is what you do have I hope they get it sorted asap as the pain is crippling!

I'm glad they got yours sorted so quickly hunny. I hope they sort it too, I've been having pains since I was pregnant with jack but I thought they were braxton hicks, though I'm still getting them now. They seem worse at night and have made me stop in my tracks a few times, but with how much people have told me they hurt I'm wondering if it's something else instead? They hurt, but not a bad as it sounds like they should, though I do have a high pain threshold apparently, none of my tattoos hurt and I only had gas and air for and hour and a quarter before my son was born with no other pain relief. I didn't actually think childbirth hurt that much, but I was probably just really lucky, next time it will probably be horrible lol. I'm just glad they're doing the ultrasound because if it's not gallstones then at least they should be able to find what is causing the pain. They've done blood tests to check I'm
Not anaemic, check kidney function and make sure it's not a nasty stomach bug and all came back negative so the ultrasound was the next step. It just made me bloody laugh with the massive list of food I can't eat the say before! That practically IS the SW plan lol! Still waiting on my SW consultant getting back to me xx

Oh dear Mandy and Sammy, that all sounds horrible! I know how you feel when it feels like your body is breaking. I had a rank womb and I just felt like I was falling apart when it was causing one thing and another. Hope they get some answers for you soon!

Hi everybody, haven't been on for a few days as I have been ill with a stomach bug so missed group last night as still felt like I was going to throw up but am feeling better today, I don't have WI next week as I booked it as holiday (not away I just want to use the 6 weeks you can have off to save some money!!) so two week until I next WI so I think I will be getting my scales out next week at home :)

I have missed so much and too much to comment on everything but I just wanted to say congratulations to all who lost and don't lose heart for those who STS or had a gain.

Big hug Mandy as it sounds like you're having a tough time of it at the moment. I had bleeding like you had and they found out I had some growths/cysts which kept bleeding but I had to go in for an operation and that got rid of those and I've been ok the last few years so I hope you are ok x

Ch - hope your visit to the in laws goes well and be strong, you can get through it, even if you only manage to stick half the time it's better than none of the time.

I have the little soup book and I like it, my favorite it the tomato and basil one but there are loads of soup recipes on here and I can say the Christmas dinner one is amazing which could save you money. Someone asked about soups and veg is still free is blended/cooked etc so you can make your own free soup with any veg etc that you like and stock. I want to make the french onion one soon now winter is coming closer (had the heating on this week it was that cold!)

The poo debate made me laugh but I have to say be careful with the laxatives as they're not very good for you in the long run, I have a friend who used them all the time and has totally ruined herself. I have IBS (sorry this is prob tmi) and I have the type where I suffer with needing the toilet right now and suffer with such awful cramps and gas etc and I really should invest in shares in Imodium as I use them so often lol so I do understand that once the pain passes/you've been you can feel lighter (as I said TMI!) but it's not worth the damage to your health. One positive is I know where every public toilet is within my local town and they nearest big city as with my useless digestive system I never know when I might need to go and I normally only have a couple of minutes warning :)

Well good luck for the weekend everyone and next weeks weigh in's there are a few on here that are close to their next awards so lets hope we have some good news xx

p.s confession time, ate for the first time today in 4 days (other than a couple of slices of toast) and I had a small bag of chips from my local chippy...

Don't worry about what you did or didn't eat hun... just concentrate on feeling better. I had that stomach bug... it's nasty!

Finally done it!
