2019 July exercise challenge

I am, i might even do if. But i was realistic with the target. Exercise every week day. The long daylight hours help.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watt.

I'm maybe hoping to lose maybe another half a stone over a few months but hoping to keep weight stable.

A 3km walk this morning and the same yesterday. Nothing on Friday and i cant remember if i did anything on Thursday

Went for a swim Monday morning, a quick 20 lengths but did a great workout for my arms and upper body.
Also went for a late wander with Oscar, he was 2km but not any exercise as a nature walk exploration.

Having a problem with my hip so not sure what i will get done this week. Off to A&E to see what the issue is.

Having a problem with my hip so not sure what i will get done this week. Off to A&E to see what the issue is.

Well... Good job i got most of my exercise done cos im now flat on my back for a week waiting to see a consultant. No walking, no sitting, no standing, no driving. I can swim, i just cant get there. And no work. Crutches for in the house. Ive a tear in my hip.
 
I hate crutches but their a necessary evil at times.
I've torn ankle ligaments previously and last year fractured my hip socket and on both occasions lasted a couple of days with the crutches.
I had six weeks without exercise last year and it took another probably six weeks to recover to my pre-injury point.

It's just a fork in the road at the moment for you.
Just take your time, listen to your doctor's and take it from their.
A two-or-three month pause might not be the worst thing.

Do the Doctor's have any idea of the cause ?
 
Overextended my hip in some way is all he knows now.
