I'm maybe hoping to lose maybe another half a stone over a few months but hoping to keep weight stable.Chubby your weight loss is amazing and BMI excellent now. What is your goal?
Having a problem with my hip so not sure what i will get done this week. Off to A&E to see what the issue is.
