Just been swimming, did 24 lengths swimming arms only.
The problem right now is not the swimming, its getting to the pool cos i cant drive

I went for a wander with Oscar this evening. We went through the fields and off to see the cows. It was only 2km and took about 80 minutes but as ive been on crutches for a week im going to count it as exercise.

So that means

Beat my goal my decent amount.
Have upped my session to typically dual 40 mins sessions this month.
Next month month's goal will reflect this.
