Feeling a bit better, full of cold but decided I'm not going to eat rubbish as ill just feel worse. No alcohol at all this weekend, I've had soup for tea and just gonna have some fruit. Had under 1000 cals so far so doing really well today.

For it and I refuse to eat for the sake of eating. I've not actually been hungry today so I've just eaten when I'm hungry and made better choices.
So yesterday I had some cheese on toast....with nimble bread and a measured portion if cheese and a mini bag of buttons.
I feel like I'm really back on it, I feel like I'm out of the binge phase, I don't feel hungry all the time and managed to say no to junk food yesterday at work. I'm out for a meal tonight but its a steak house so shoukd be ok with working out cals, today ill have to eat light to save my cals for tonight.
ive started a new diary ill try to get a link on for anyone who wants to swap over to that one..everytime i read the title of this one it reminds me im 10 pound off annd i cant lose that in 4 weeks lol
