3 stone to go!

My standard Thursday's used to be 2 sugary cocktails, bottle of wine, one of those wine bar platters with loads of deep fried stuff and melting Camembert. No wonder I got fat too :-(

Same. I'd be out every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday ha. A hangover breakfast at work used to consist of almond croissant and fizzy juice too. At least we know where we were going wrong!

I feel rough today - 12% wine on a work night isn't a good idea. I've been totally off wine so far this year too so cannot handle it!

35 for the week so far - leaves me 35 for the weekend to play with.

Had planned a bad lunch tomorrow but think I'm going to be good instead and make myself something nice but healthy for dinner.

Saturday eve I'm out but will eat at home first, I have some homemade lamb and spinach curry in the freezer for 3 syns then g&ts for 3 syns each.

Sunday is Mother's Day so have a dog walk and lunch planned with OHs mum but again will choose something healthy!

Fingers crossed for staying within 35 syns, I'm desperate to see 9st 10, I'll then officially have 1 and a half stone to go!

Squealed at 9 stone 9 on the scale this morning. Hoping that means I can be 9 stone 10 tomorrow eve at weigh in when dressed.

I was feeling really down about my weight and looks yesterday so it's the boost I need.

Lunch out - not sure what yet but as syn free as possible, likely a jacket potato and beans

13 weeks tomorrow until New York and 22lbs to go until target.

I need to up my game. I have so much going on in the next 4 weeks so I'm going to stick to 2 500 calorie fast days a week plus exercise every day - intensely 3 times a week and even just a long walk on the days I'm not at the gym. Something to get me out of the house and off my bum!

I'm starting to see definite changes in my body and slimming world is working extremely well for me but I feel like it's going to slow down now. Hopefully it won't but we'll see... I want to lose as close as possible to 10lb in the next 5 weeks to bring me to 9 stone 1 by weigh in on the 20 April.
