Adding a couple of syns as tried some cheese sauce when making lasagne for OH.

9 stone 9 as of just now. Hopefully a bit lighter in the mornings but taking the weight at slimming world as the official weight.

Happy to be over half way now :)

Don't know about an inspiration but glad I've finally got my bum in gear after a couple of years going between 10 and 11 stone x

It's going to be a calorific weekend!

I've got a drinks reception at work on Friday, I'm going to avoid the canapés as difficult as that will be and try to make 1 large glass of wine last until I leave.

Saturday I'm out at night - going to stay syn free all day but fill up on free food in an attempt to be hangover free on Sunday.

Sunday will no doubt be a trip to KFC (within syns!), the rest of the day I'll fill up on healthy food.

If I stick to plan I'll have used 52.5/70 syns for the week so I do have a bit of leeway but not much! I want 2lbs again next week so have to stick to this.
