I really must try harder as i have set my new target of reaching 50lb loss by my birthday which leaves me 6 weigh ins left!
Good day for me! 2 rolls n sausage for brunch a few chips at the football and KFC for dinner. Not good choices but Ive not demolished the majority of my weeklies Like I would normally!
Going out for lunch tomorrow with my mum and a wee bit of shopping and then to asda to stock up on stuff for work!
Tap on Monday and I'm gonna add in a Zumba class on Wednesday to burn some more fat! My new tap class starts next week so that's 2 tap classes a week and hopefully a zumba too!
such an idiot, forgot to take my tap dancing stuff with me to work so missed out on dancing after work.
