Good day for me! 2 rolls n sausage for brunch a few chips at the football and KFC for dinner. Not good choices but Ive not demolished the majority of my weeklies Like I would normally!

Going out for lunch tomorrow with my mum and a wee bit of shopping and then to asda to stock up on stuff for work!

Tap on Monday and I'm gonna add in a Zumba class on Wednesday to burn some more fat! My new tap class starts next week so that's 2 tap classes a week and hopefully a zumba too!

Today was not a good day succumbed to 2 jam doughnuts :(

Really wish it was the weekend today as just having one of those can't be arsed weeks.

Panicking a bit about not losing weight this week or getting enough off by my birthday. Bit worried bout that too as still worried that no one will turn up and they will cancel :(
